Nothing actually, but if I REALLY have to nitpick, the bathroom could have a different type or extra hanger to hang like use and new clothing and towel, rather than reaching over to the basin and wetting the toilet seat area, also shower gel and shampoo could use the dispenser option to adapt the ESG practice.

Will be in my top 5 hotel ranking list if there's public transport like LRT nearby, spacious room, comfortable, clean and dang cold ac. Spacious bathroom too, love the breakfast as well, didn't get to take a dip at the pool but it does looks great. Will definitely be back if the event is held at the same location next year! The mall located below and beside is a good touch as well! Definitely recommended, especially for travellers that traveled by car.

The restaurant. Workers not very attentive and poorly informed. When I was about to pay and informed the cashier that as a room guest I get a discount, he was clueless. I then had to speak with front desk who verified it.

The room levels is directly accessible from the lifts at the mall from Ground Level without any card access control. Hence, non guests can easily take the lift up to the room levels.

The location is good. The executive family room is spacious and they provided breakfast, set tea and simple supper under this room rate.

The location of the hotel is so convenient for me. Room sizes are big, this time unable to get king bed, but it's OK, the twin room also nice. The most I like is the bathroom, simple and nice 👍 Enjoyed my breakfast at outdoor coffee house.

Family room only has 1 bathroom. The hotel lifts can’t take a certain load, we have to stand at the sides so the overload indicator doesn’t show up. The hotel has been around for 25 years so there are some telling signs. The free afternoon tea only has sweet snacks, would be nice to have some savory items. The free supper is only noodle soup and porridge so can skip if you don’t want to load more carbs.

Family room is made up of two rooms so space is generous. In house guests get 50% off the weekend buffet dinner, which serves oysters and sashimi. The renovated rooms are nicely designed and comfortable to rest in. The detox water served at the lobby is refreshing. It’s has a tie up with Anytime Fitness where in house guests get to use the gym during the stay. Barney and Sons tea bags are served in the room and buffet dinner, good quality tea.

The hotel and rooms are a little bit old. And the elevator sometimes does not move to the indicated floor...

There is a mall downstairs, including a supermarket and McDonald's and several restaurants, it's very convenient! And there is a local food market next to the hotel, it's really tasty! The room is spacious and the shower is hot!
