We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MalaysiaI have been here a number of times over the years. I can really feel that the property is aging and need refurbishment. Got a family room and the size of the room was great. However, we found ants on the bed and at the coffee making area right after checking in. Initially we thought it was just an occasion of a few ants and just brushed them off. At night when we wanted to go to bed and when opened up the duvet, we found more ants crawling on the bed which means the bed area was not clean. In the middle of the night, we also had a visitor in the toilet, a lizard that was crawling on the floor! Thirdly, the TV had no reception, there was no channel and only showing blue screen. We were not so bothered about the TV hence did not make a fuss.
The staff are friendly and the pool is great. Room with good size and giant bed.

Malaysia1. Ordered nasi goreng at the pub area to enjoy my wine and sunset. However, the chef forgotten my order, and waited for an hour for food. It was a very unpleasant dinners incidents 2. Hotel should have put some outdoor chair at the balcony. We choose this hotel because of Seaview, but we didn't really enjoy it since there is nothing at the balcony.

Malaysia1. The rooms need so much of refurbishment. They were dusty and furniture was old. Bathtub is not convenient for senior citizens such as my 82 year old father who was with me. His bathroom door was also faulty, couldn't close. His room number was 542. 2. I didn't like the fact that the pool closes by 7pm. It was still bright and hope we can extend the pool till 8pm.
The external activities and outdoor facilities in this Hotel was excellent! There was plenty of things to do outdoor such as: 1. The beach sports like banana boat, "donut" ride, jetski, kayak....etc. But I wish there was also para-sailing. 2. Volley ball court. 3. Swimming pool was amazing 4. and many more.... Breakfast had plenty of variety to choose from.

SingaporeThe bathroom door knob didn’t lock properly, the bathroom area wasn’t cleaned properly and there was mold evidently seen on the floors. The cleanliness in the room can be improved as well. The lifts do not have sensors so people kept getting stuck in between the doors. The gym equipment seemed very old and needs to be replaced. They have started to rust and the gym wasn’t maintained well and there was no Aircon.
Good location, decent breakfast, great room size, beautiful views of the ocean , quite a lot of activities for kids.

MalaysiaThe hot and cold water is difficult to control since it is outdated. The room did not smell nice and fresh. The TV channel also needs to be updated. I used my Netflix account to get good movies. The reception at the counter took more than 20 minutes for check-in, and there's only me there.
The view from the lobby is superb. The food was good. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy.
