The room was dirty. You can found some candies and rubbish under the bed or cupboard that left by the previous customers. There are stain on the curtain as well. I stayed in double room, but only one towel provided, not even a floor mat. But they immediately sent extra towels and floor mat after I called to the reception. The choices of the buffet breakfast not much.

The location is good. Nearby Aeon Bukit Indah, there are food court that is about 5 minutes drive away too.

The room carpet seems quite dirty and dusty.. when u step on it it feels sticky.. I think the hotel carpet is due for terminal cleaning

The toilet bidet were not working and i was too lazy to call or to be moved to other room so i just let it be. and Rm100 for deposit, ridiculous. i thought 4 stars hotel and above didnt do it anymore,asking for deposit. been staying in luxury hotel all around Malaysia and they dont even asked for a cent of deposit. Might want to look up on that.

The food was good although buffet breakfast option was very limited but at least its good. the staff are friendly and very helpful.

During the day, there’s no light for all the toilet at the swimming pool. And there’s no soap at all. Please concern about the light. I would say, there’s lot of families come over to the hotel.

Junior suite so perfect. The breakfast food also taste good. I can tell the noodle soup its like johorean taste. Nasi lemak also yummy. Its really worth it. They provide promotion for family staycation. Parking wise, need to improve at the side of the hotel building

The breakfast is very simple. Although it is served as buffet, the food is mainly malay and most of them are spicy. Not very good for kids.

I like the room. It is very cozy and spacious. Very good for family with kids. In addition, hotel also offers free parking for visitors. It is very good for families travelling with their own vehicles. Overall, very good.

1.Check in time was too long about half an hour queue and what makes me pissed off.I check in with carry my 3 month old baby.The receptionist not even think to call me to come forward from long queue and prioritise me.My husband drop me first for check in while he is going to park the car and to get things out from the car.When my turn for check in i did tell receptionist you should call me for fast lane check in.She apologised and she said she is new staff.I noticed also its only her alone doing check in,that time is 3.30 pm is peak time for all guest to check in and its weekend.The hotel management should assign 2 staff at least to accommodate hotel guest. 2.I call “0” from the hotel room to ask where & how to get iron but unfortunately no one answer.I have been calling from 7 pm on the same check in day and next morning before check out.Lucky i have friend that have own travel iron.During check out time i did tell receptionist about this issue,no explanation from them.Maybe dont have any idea also why nobody answer. 3.I did message hotel before check in date about 3 times regarding my request to have baby cot.Just to make sure i can have it during check in day but unfortunately no one answer.Same thing,i did tell the receptionist but she said she will clarify with management.

1.Location not in the main city so it is nice to sleep and rest without any noise.Surrounding area of the hotel there is petrol pump easy to get simple thing in that shop inside petrol pump. 2.Room was spacious worth it with the hotel price.I got baby cot for my 3 months old.Surprising me,they provide also with 3 baby pillow and baby blanket.Toilet also clean. 3.Parking i think first come first serve.Or else u just have to look around to get your car park.
