Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

MalaysiaI booked a double decker bedroom with a window and the front views of the hotel. Because it is too small, i was grateful that i didnt share the room with another mate. There is no lift or elevator so take this into consideration if you bring large heavy luggage - there are rooms on the ground floor, 1st floor and 2nd floor. Anyway, the room i booked is basic with an airconditioner (it takes some times to cool the small room) and a broken television (its there for pameran only and totally dysfunctional and rosak). The bathroom is super tiny too and you have to find your best spot to standing comfortably during bathing so that you wont hurt yourself bumping onto the toilet bowl. No room service for all four days i stayed there but I can put out the trash and request for toilet papers, body wash/shampoo and the plastics for trash. There is only one switch for the lights in the bedroom so it's either you sleep with lights on or in total darkness if you switch them off. Unfortunately you have to run down stairs to the receptionist area and climb back to your room just to make a mug of hot coffee or chocolate because there is one water machine only provided for everyone to use in the hotel. It's hard to find halal eateries or restaurants nearby but there are plenty of Chinese restaurants all over the area. I had to walk a little bit and found such as Warung Nik Rahimah, Warung Dnatz, also a mamak restaurant about 2 blocks away, a Pizza Hut if you're not into boycotting and a little shopping mall bawah apartment, Pinnacle Sri Petaling. What really saved me is an Eco Shop (kedai RM2.40), a Speedmart and a self laundry shop, a walking distance from this hotel. It is tough to get a parking there except if you're there after midnight. It is a heavily busy business area with very narrow and small roads. Thank God I didn't drive and ordered Grab Cars to move around.
The best budget hotel if you wanted to attend an event at Bukit Jalil's National Hockey Stadium! Just 1.5km walking distance from the hotel and the route is safe even at night. The receptions are kind and helpful, and the front desk opens 24 hours with several friendly staff changing shifts in between. There is an iron with iron board on each level. The free WiFi worked just fine. This hotel is lovely and the best one during my recently long trips to Kuala Lumpur. Will consider this hotel again if I need to attend more events at Bukit Jalil in the future, but will request a queen bedroom with a functional television.

MalaysiaIt is very hard to find parking slot during the day. The room also didn't have any privacy as I can hear the couple next to my room moaning very hard at night and morning during my stay.
The location is near to the Axiata Arena and Bukit Jalil Stadium. A good place to stay if you want to attend any event at that place. There is also a lot of restaurant around you.

MalaysiaNothing much. Maybe to take hot water need to go down to the lobby. Oh, lack of parking around the area during peak hours.
I like that the room that I got is just on 1st floor. Despite being small, it serves the purpose. All the necessity is there. Since I went here for concert, the distance quite close. Just using Beam, I can travel back and forth to the hotel. Easy to take Grab too.
