I booked this hotel thinking there would be massage and spa services available, but unfortunately, there weren’t any. The room itself was very spacious, which is nice, but it almost felt too big the TV was placed quite far from the bed, making it a bit inconvenient to watch comfortably.

There were just two things: 1) it’s really unfortunate that there is any music constantly playing poolside but especially loud house music belting out which makes it difficult to relax and I wonder if guests have ever been surveyed about their preferences around this? 2) the toilet facilities downstairs and by the pool are very poor, often with no water and often blocked whenever they can’t be flushed. Overall, though, a great place to stay and this was our second visit.

It’s right next to the airport so can be walked and there is a minibus each evening which goes to and from Pantai Cenang. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is lavish. The staff are great. There is always space on the sunbeds by the pool.

Very close to airport but need taxi to get into town. Nice pool and breakfast. Free pool table and games. Nice gym. Staff are pleasant.

The location is quite poor as it is a 10-12 minutes drive from any attractions and the fact it does not have a beach but they do provide a shuttle to the beach thought its only at 6:30.

The resort was great, the pool was nice, its distance from the airport is a 3-4 minutes walk, the rooms are big and clean, toilets are clean! Resort had nothing to fault except location.

Only concern was the AC remote wasn't functioning properly.

There was some issues with wifi connection and also the air-con.

It is walkable distance to the airport. The atmosphere was good and staffs were very approachable.

Not ideal location for most of the activities. But they do organise trips from the hotel, if you want excursions . Food and drink pricey but not particularly good, so not great value for money on that score.

We booked an island hopping trip through the activities desk at the hotel simply due to convenience. Would advise to look elsewhere as much cheaper alternatives available.

Enjoyed our stay at wings. Room was clean & comfy on arrival. Hotel really nice in general - great pool area & nice pool bar area - friendly guys working at the bar area. The breakfast spread was really impressive - huge selection to choose from & really great food. Free shuttle service into town in PM which was really useful ! Otherwise is easy enough to get a grab from hotel location. Next door to airport however didn’t hear any planes from room . Great stay!

Too many middle Eastern that are quite noisy. 🙏

Some light entertainment like live band where we can request songs. Its more livelier rather than just DJ playing music. To inform guest thats there is live band in the evening, otherwise they didn't realised.

In our case, we were three persons. parents n one kid however breakfast included was for 2 persons only. before LGK, we stayed in KL also at 5star property for 5 nights where breakfast was included for 3 guests at no extra charge. Pls review

Everything was perfect and as per expectations. It was super quiet, no airplanes noise despite being less than stones throw away fm Langkawi main air port. Breakfast choices were good but less continental. Pool & gym timings were very good.

The building itself looks a bit old and the property is slightly far from the main Pantai Cenang beach area.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very responsive on WhatsApp and handled every issue instantly. The location right next to the airport was very convenient.

Just a note for your maintenance, the USB plug on the door side of the bed does not work. The other side of the bed was fine. Also the automatic light switch in the drink cabinet doesn't turn off due to door alignment.
