MalaysiaThe staff lost my room's key. I didn't get the key for my whole night stay. I just locked my door inside with a fear that someone might break into my room the whole night. No water in the bathroom sink, broken & burnt plug points, no curtain for the window, wooden tile and it's broken, hot water not functioning, towel provided was horribly torn like it was used for years, torn. Just the air-conditioning was functioning properly but no control remote was given.

The bed is smelly,if it is only 1 night with a funtion plug maybe we will be okay just for sleep. Worst 2 night ever. Also the toilet sink is leaking . And our room is 1-23A-2

Malaysia1.The water heater can't work! 2.Can't see the TV! 3.cockroaches under the bed! 4.Poor sound insulation and the door won't lock! 5.The socket doesn't work! 6.The sofa is holey and dirty! The bed was also broken! 7.The air conditioner is not cold! 8.There is no exclusive access card, you can only ask the guard to bring you up. 9.The photos are completely different from what you see!

Malaysia1) 3 wall plugs under the tv was not functioning. 1 of it even was hanging out of the wall (refer to photo). The tv cannot be used. 2) Batteries for air-cond was out of order. Even the air-cond was not cold. 3) Bathroom has bad odour. There a lot of small creatures flying and sticking at toilet walls. Even cobweb was not taken down. 4) I found a strand of long white hair on my pillow! Quite disgusting! I have to sleep without the pillow cover. 5) Need to asked the site entrance security guard to scan for us everytime we want to go up to our 24th. floor. Overall - Very dissappointed! This is the 1st. time I've given this kind of negative rating to any of the place that I have stayed in.

MalaysiaI booked 3 rooms. All 3 rooms have cockroaches. When call the staff, she only pass Ridsect. Water heater not functioning in 2 rooms. TV not function in 2 room. Previously Feb 2022, i did stay here but that time was super clean and super comfortable. This time, i feel worst. I hope the staff should be more effective.
