Incredible experience! The staff is very welcoming and professional, always willing to help with a smile. The rooms are impeccable, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast is excellent, offering plenty of variety and quality. The restaurant serves delicious dishes, and the Sky Bar is the highlight – with a fantastic view and the perfect atmosphere to relax. I highly recommend it!

Price very expensive for location. Little things all very expensive food, water at bar, having 2 stay in the room. Some staff were friendly and cordial. Some were so so. Overall given the circumstances of the location was what is expected I guess.

Room was quiet most nights, minus the party over the weekend on the rooftop, building seemed fairly secure, good overall service though all Lottie things very expensive. Nice bed and nice shower. Access to the gym was fantastic. Spar grocery store next door very good for what the city has.

The one bedroom apartment doesn’t have a stove

Toilet smell on the 8th floor - possible blockage. Second is expensive restaurant with below par food

Well kept building with secure parking. Polite staff. The only 2 things I can critique is the restaurant- expensive and not worth the money with food being below par and secondly the 8th floor rooms had a horrible smell from the toilet. we did not have the same issue when we rebooked at were accommodated on the 7th floor

The location is great. Quiet and clean area next to a grocery store (with an ATM). We could walk to the market and other restaurants. The staff was fantastic. The food was amazing.

clients were not offered discounted spar prices and some personnel at the restaurant can not speak english.

Everything was perfect during my stay.

The personnel is kind, professional and always attentive to the guests request. When you arrive at the reception a magical experience starts. This was my third stay at Melia Maputo and I will come back in the future.

Wanted to go for a swim. Only to find out the pool doesn’t belong to the hotel, hence it’s located outside the property and the building that owns the pool, gym and sauna told us we have to wear a swimming cap and no bikini swimwear allowed only one piece suit for women. Found this very inconvenient and misleading from the hotel as the amenities are not theirs, but is described as they are. Would have been worth while adding that sort of information to the property description.

The hospitality was excellent. The property isn’t in the centre of Maputo but not to far from the city, about 10 minutes.
