Only issue is there are many bats living on the roof of the bungalows. Its not a super issue as its an amazing place deep in the forrest and nature has its way but aometimes bats are noisy and we found bat feces near our bed

Food was pretty poor given the price, we both got food poisoning from the the buffet. If you walk up the beach 1hr (quite a nice walk), there's another resort with an excellent restaurant. The staff weren't particularly helpful either but that could partially be due to the language barrier. You can only pay on a physical Visa card, they won't accept anything else. There aren't many activities either, again, would recommend walking up to the next resort along where you can do snorkelling and the pool/bar is good fun.

Accommodation is amazing, absolutely beautiful location and the rooms are stunning.

Difficult to get by in English. Staff seemed very shy and distant, almost gave us the impression that they did not want us there. The road to the hotel is quite bad. You can spot animals though, so that makes it bearable. Best is to hire a car with a driver that knows his way around the location, otherwise it is easy to get lost or use more time than necessary.

Beautiful location in the middle of nature, perfect for relaxation or couples' retreat. Easy to spot animals from the pool area. Pristine beach, good food.

The rooms and the view were beyond expectations. You have the feeling to have the sea to yourself. Impressive job. The resort has direct access to the beach and is all builded in wood, which feels very comfy. The restaurant and room service are both really nice. All the staff, from housekeeping to reception, spa and restaurant is very helpful, dedicated and very nice!

The hotel didn't provide any directions or information on how to find them and it wasn't easy. The coffee served at breakfast was terrible and the food overall was underwhelming.

To access the hotel only by a 4x4 vehicle. The location makes it a beautiful retreat but it also makes the trip to get there a huge nightmare if you use location-based apps such as google maps. So an important piece of advice, DON'T BY ANY MEANS FOLLOW location based apps such as google maps blindly, otherwise you might get lost or stuck in a difficult terrain and without network signal, especially after heavy rains or strong winds. I advise to use the Maputo park entrance and take a picture of their map at the reception and follow the direction signs along the road based on Maputo park's map.

I traveled with my girlfriend and we were astonished by the beauty of the place, the food was amazing and the staff made us feel very very very welcome. The fact that the hotel is surrounded by nature on every corner makes it an amazing experience, if you are lucky you are able to see elephants early in the morning or in the late afternoon.

Must reach only by 4x4 and you must pay attention carefully to the map they give you in the entrance of the reserve to get there. Be prepared to pay in the entrance of the reserve (not that cheap). In terms of the service of the restaurant dinner have few options but the food is delicious. I didn't enjoy the breakfast and the services in breakfast. Giving that the place is far from everything and the breakfast is included in the rate (which is not cheap) it should be better. Careful with the road within the reserve if you have back problems don't dare going there.

The rooms are clean modern and comfortable with all facilities included. The place is quiet and far from everything in the middle of the bush within the national reserve of Maputo. What makes the entire trip amazing as you can see animals along the way. Fantastic! Good to relax. The food at dinner was great although it wasn't in the breakfast. They have swimming pool towels in the swimmingpool in case you didn't bring yours. It is only 2h far from Maputo.

Access is a major problem, we were not informed that we will need a 4 x 4 to access the property, we ended paying 16 000 just for someone to pick us up from the gate to the resort.

The view is amazing from all angle and the food was also very nice.

We asked for a unit with a little splash pool and they refused and said that is not what we have booked. The first afternoon there were no water to shower. and no Wi-Fi. No TV .

Poor, my husband asked for pork sausage and got a Viana. Waiters don't have skills to serve. We ask for coffee twice. They are definitely not 5-star service. The menu was disappointing because they said we are only on half board and cant eat what we want and had to choose and the selection to choice was very disappointing. Our booking mentioned that breakfast and lunch are included, and we could swop lunch for dinner.

The offering of a sofa bed, without mattresses. We were 3, occupying a room with large bed and a sofa. I paid for all meals related to 3rd person. But we couldn't use the sofa with excuse that we were 3 using a package created for 2. The property asked for extra payment!!!
