On the beach, simple but lovely

The Reception takes time to address issues, yet all is resolved with due patience. The room towels some were old and not so clean.

Kids club and Pool is something that myself and my sons enjoyed very much. The Staff is very friendly and the food is delicious. The combination of modern and beach houses is great. waking up with the sound of waves was marvelous.

Some of the property is in the process of being updated & it does need it. But stay beachfront & you’ll be okay. The location, food & people totally make up for the slightly tired buildings

Just know that there are limited resources. Very little hot water available. For the most part we took cold showers, except for one in the very early morning where we had a few minutes of hot water.

This resort is doing the absolute most with what it has. We very much appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail (beautiful colors of bedding and decorations), the wonderful food available at the restaurant, and the members of staff who were so friendly and accommodating. Especially Mikaela at the front desk, who offered us a choice of sea view rooms and who let us in to the room early, and Eddy, who was our waiter at the restaurant and whose gentle spirit and good humor really touched us and enhanced our meal. This resort has gone above and beyond to ensure safety and comfort with 24/7 security staff who walk the property. The proximity to the beach cannot be beat as you step out of your room and are on the beach! The hotel is also directly in the cute town where there are many options for food. I ate the best ice cream of my entire life at the ice cream place called “N’ice cream”. If you are a fan of pistachio ice cream, do not leave the town without trying it! We appreciated that this resort clearly has pride in its property and the experience they provide.

No WiFi in rooms. Room flooded with the rain. No microwave or self catering items (plates/knife/fork)

Nice modern unit, lovely large bed. Best massage ever at the spa room. Perfect location right on the beach and close to great restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. Security on duty at all times. The breakfast at the restaurant was good.

The food at the restaurant was so expensive and above our budget... We found someone to cook go us with her own ingredients to half the price and much bigger quantities so yah....food wise ill say they could make more money if they were more reasonable. Also the bidet tap had faeces on it we had to clean it and leave it on the floor bcz it was disgusting

Great sea view rooms, lots of restaurants all around, you can even go to the market to buy food. You can change foreign currency, buy clothes, go snorkeling.....the room was cleaned daily and no one stole anything from us or our bags.
