Did not like that there were no windows and the place had a damp smell. The breakfast area was really bad with the dampness. Did not like the location.

Breakfast was average. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Friendly driver collected me at the airport with the free airport shuttle. Accommodation was clean & neat. Loved the entrance of the place.

There was no variety in breakfast it was repetitive for 7 days, but not bad at all for the price. sounds like rats or birds are running behind the walls and ceiling. Limited tv viewing no external channels

The service was great. Fernando at front desk was an awesome host very helpful. John the chef was great making us breakfast, however I think this service can improve. Wifi was great connected through our stay. Loved the hot chocolate. Aircons were working, water was hot to shower. Taxis/ transport was easily accessible, you can even walk to other places near by. Cleaners were friendly. We had bottles water provided daily. It was value for money. In town access to a variety of shops

The location is not the greatest and would be better suited to business travel than personal travel, we found that we were struggling with peak traffic and safety concerns around our vechiles as the secure parking was in use by business tennants (no fault of the accomadation)

The staff were extreamly helpful and willing to assist us in getting sorted out and secure parking, Our rooms were comfortable for one night stay. the Staff were able to recommend to us placed to eat and enjoy the local culture as well as needing stores for anything we had missed.

Difficulty in getting transport from the airport to the hotel. I had to pay for a taxi because nobody was waiting for me from the hotel. Maybe caused by communication problems, possibly by emails and WhatsApp messages not being received . The hotel is called Vila das Acacias although I booked with Jardim das Acacias, this worried me when I arrived in case the taxi driver had taken me to the wrong hotel.

Clean and comfortable bed although the room was small. Friendly receptionist and helpful and friendly manager.

Needs a bit of maintenance. Parking needs to be booked and is over the road. No u turns are allowed so traveling to the parking means driving around the block. Car can only be parked at 6pm and must be out by 6am.

There is a stuffy smell from the entrance to the stairs. Linen not changed on a daily basis. It didn't look like the base wrap was changed after the previous person left. Language barrier (Staff does not know English). Was better cause my partner knew both Portuguese and Shangane.

The staff was extremely helpful. Always accommodative and solved most concerns raised. Towels were changed daily. The chef made sure we got served what we asked for. The location is in a city centre, Next to most things. Good value for money if on a tight budget.
