The air-conditioning unit is located in the living area and also has to cool the bedrooms, but it worked fine during our stay. A few USB power outlets would be a great future addition.

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It’s a cozy detached cottage with two bedrooms, well-equipped with everything we needed. The little front porch is perfect to relax, and parking on the property is very easy. The location is convenient with Joe’s Beerhouse and the Eros Shopping Centre in walking distance. Great place for a comfortable stay.

Everything you needed for a comfortable stay away from home. Washing machine, microwave, large fridge. Comfortable beds and large shower with strong water flow. Television with online streaming channels. The photo's on the website are true to what you are getting. The two bedrooms were very convenient and the table in the kitchen had a duel purpose for eating and getting some work done.

We could not find any fault at all.

This was a fantastic self catering apartment. It had everything you could wish for; spacious, fully equipped kitchen, super comfortable bed - all amenities. It was immaculately clean with thoughtful attention to detail. There was parking space for us to park our rather large camper in front of the house, gated and secure. Rusten and Liubov, were perfect hosts. Rusten was kind enough to give us a lift to the local shops and back so that we could pick up some provisions. We have no hesitation in recommending the Eros Weg Family Flat and would always pick this as our first choice for self catering accommodation in Windhoek.

The high level of safety, privacy and cleanliness. The host was very friendly and responsive. In addition, the host provided other bits like the cling film, foil paper, lunch boxes to pack leftovers etc thus making the stay more homely.

The wifi signal/network was a bit shaky at times. Dogs (very friendly) barking in the yard were not ideal, but not a great disturbance either.

The apartment was perfect. Great location, immaculately clean and it had absolutely everything you would wish for; like a very well equipped kitchen, big fridge, wash machine and an iron. The bed was so comfortable, with memory foam mattress and big curtains that blocked light out for a restful sleep. But what really make the place are the wonderful hosts that went out of their way to make us feel at home. If we can get a spot there next time( they are very booked for obvious reasons) we will always stay there when we visit Windhoek.

The only thing we didn’t like is no bedding was changed for our 12 days there. We requested this but we’re asked to pay extra which was not indicated on arrival. I think the host needs to consider this especially for long stay guests and it improves hygiene too.

This a self catering property and has a functional kitchen. The location was close not far from town. The host was excellent and friendly. I would recommend this property to my friends and family.
