Well equipped hotel and excellent staff. Beautiful place with bar, restaurant, pool, spa and ample safe parking. The rooms are large , the area is quiet and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Will stay here every time

Beautifully large rooms, location easy to Yango into centre, breakfast lovely, staff friendly, secure

Because of various travel difficulties we only had a few hours at the hotel. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. The other staff we came into contact with were friendly and helpful. The room was great, nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had an evening meal which we enjoyed. We had breakfast , that was good. Can't comment on any of the facilities such as the pool, etc, because, unfortunately, we didn't get to use them.

They gave me old towels, clean but old and falling apart at the edges. Also the shower mat was a towel instead of a proper one, but besides that my room was big clean had all amenities and was great value for money. Besides I am a guy that stuff really doesn’t matter you should see my towels at home.

The beds are comfortable and the food was good, rooms are spacious and they offer a Take away for breakfast If you leave early in the mornings.

Its noisy in the night and in the mornings the cleaning ladys are singing so loud......its okay to do that , But Not If people try to sleep. At the Pictures the Restaurant Looks really cozy, But in the end we had Dinner in the breakfast room, which is a cold sad room. The Service at the reception is good, the opposite of the Service in the Restaurant. We Had to wait a longer time for a salad and noodles and saw that in the meantime a Lot of mistakes were done for the other clients. In the morning, we wanted to sit outside. The waitress places our Plates etc. But the Table was quiet dirty and she just Put the Plate on top. More worse was it for the table next to us. When she prepared this table a knife felt down and she just Put it Back on the table.

Comfortable room and restaurant and bar are convenient. Organised airport transport, which came nice and early, and a surprise breakfast for me for the early ride to the airport

It is not far from the city, liked the food. Very clean and neat, friendly staff.

Nothing that we didn't like

The breakfast was very good; they cooked your eggs to order, and also offered bacon and sausage, and had other normal breakfast offerings. We had a refrigerator and an electric kettle in the room, and the AC unit was nice and strong. The bathroom was very spacious, and we liked that they separated the toilet from the shower. WIFI was good. Smart TV had ability to log-in to Nexflix and Amazon Prime. Secured parking on site.

The king-sized bed did take up the majority of the room so it could be hard to maneuver within the room, although this was offset by how comfortable and spacious the bed was.
