Centrally located. 5 mins walk to supermarket. Very helpful and friendly staff, especially Anisa, Sue and Lydia. Room was clean. Full kitchen facilities. Flat screen TV. Portable room fan.

The only negative was that there was only one fan provided for a two bedroom apartment. Being that it’s so humid, a fan for each room would have been appreciated. That being said, we didn’t ask if a second was available (as we have family also staying on the island who lent us a second fan), but I have no doubt that if a second fan was requested we would have been provided with one if it were available.

Aloha is in an absolutely fantastic location right in the middle of town. You can walk to the supermarket, the shops and a range of cafes and restaurants. The two bedroom apartments are spacious, modern and very well appointed. The beds are huge and incredibly comfortable. The kitchen is great, only thing missing is an oven (but there is a stove top and a microwave, along with a full-size fridge & freezer). Lounges are comfortable and all living spaces are great sizes. There are multiple towels provided per person which is very handy when the weather is so humid and things don’t dry all too quickly. The pool area is fantastic, as is the close proximity to the playground. The staff are so friendly and accomodating. We requested a cot for our baby and one was provided at no extra cost. We also extended our stay by an extra night as we’ve been enjoying our time here so much, and the staff were able to shuffle things around so we could remain in the same room. Overall we’ve had a wonderful stay and would recommend Aloha to anyone looking for central accommodation on Norfolk Island that’s well suited to families.

Location was great and convenient to the centre of the town with cafes and main grocery store across the road. Tour bus pick up at the front of property which is well lit at night. Unit recently renovated by the looks and was very modern, clean and well maintained.

Sue the owner was great. Very helpful for us being first time visitors to the island. The room was just great. The airport pickup and drop off was great. We leant their car and just left it at the airport for them to collect it later.

There isn't any heat and one night was FREEZING. I wore a lot of clothes and a parka with hood. Perhaps they could offer a space heater or electric blanket on those nights. Very clean but a bit of a bug problem that they seem to be addressing the best they can.

It's a perfect location. It was fun having a whole apartment with a separate bedroom for each person. The staff were amazing, especially Ryan. They didn't have breakfast available at the time, but recommended an amazing restaurant right across the street. The place was very clean. It was fun to have a separate little bungalow.

Aloha Apartments are fantastic. exceptional location right in the main strip and staff extraordinarily friendly. they couldn’t do enough for you. very quiet at night. Full size oven and fridge. Couldn’t be happier.
