Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Once they can fix the internet service, it will be a 100% facility.
first of all, all the staffs are super welcoming. In fact they made my stay memorable. I love promptness and they were all prompt irrespective of the time of the day.

Minor details from the old doors to existing damage to the bed. The location was not the best - the area looked rough.. However, it is very secure, being behind three guarded gates and it is close to the airport.
Overall, everything went well. The staff were very accommodating.

The water pressure in the shower was too low and there was no shower curtain resulting in water splashing all over the bathroom while showering
I booked my room online specifying exactly when I would arrive only to arrive and be placed into another room which is not the one that I had booked from the onset online. I was asked to pay more for that new room as the room I had booked online was not yet ready. I refused and insisted on the room in the process range I had booked for online. I was then accommodated in a temporary room until the room I had booked was free.

Wifi is very erratic and it took a call and a visit to the reception to get it fixed. The price of food on the menu for room service.is higher than advertised. The staff who served me never returned my change despite promising too. It's not about the amount but about the principle.
The location is good for the purpose and the room is clean. The reception staff are good.

I ordered rice, stew, plantain, and fish for dinner at 6 pm, an hr later, they called to apologise for not having plantain. I said it's ok they should just bring the food. The food finally came at 9 pm.😡
Very nice staff, clean rooms, serene environment. 5 minutes drive to the airport.

The smell was bad the pictures are deceiving and the linen was dirty. Very unsanitary this was awful made me distrust booking.com . I was afraid I would leave with some type of illness or infection. My money was waisted…

We had roaches in our room. They spread pesticides right before we entered the room which smelled awful! They only gave us one towel when they were aware that it was two adults. They only provided bath towels not face towels. Any requests we made to the front desk took us calling 3 or 4 times before it was provided to us. The tv in the bedroom did not work. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. The “included breakfast “ didn’t have half the things listed. Also no elevator for a 3 story property.
I liked that it was close to the international airport. Less than 5 minutes without heavy traffic.

The staff is very nice and friendly as well as the manager Victoria. I always lodge here when I come to Lagos. The place is nice and quiet. There is security before you come in so I feel very safe there.

This is more of a personal preference thing. The bed was big and spacious but hard..i prefer softer mattress otherwise linen was nice n clean.
