“Location is second to none, excellent sized bed and good sized room. Everyone was really friendly and helpful, helped to arrange our hike up Concepcion. The kitchen was basic but well equipped. Loved being able to have a dip in the lake on demand. Some of the best sunsets we've seen anywhere in Central America”

“It is very basic and they keep the place natural. There are different animals living around and at the hostal (Dogs, Cats, Ducks, Pigs).
The huts are also very basic but clean and the bed was huge&comfortable. Bed linen smelled wonderful :)
The local manager was really kind, helpful and communicative. And his nice wife made us coffee every morning.
