Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

MexicoStaff was great, Xiomara was very helpful in all aspects and always with a great attitude. The guard was also very friendly and willing to help. The place has very good taste, it is simple but comfortable, clean and with and great and original design. Location is great, you can walk within 5-10 min to the main places in Granada and you are at the same time a bit away from the noisy downtown at night sometimes. I would recommend this place to anyone. Photos shown in Booking are a real portray of the place and I attach some I took myself.

What was particularly outstanding was how she organized my forgotten AirPods from my previous accommodation to be delivered from Ometepe to Granada for free. Thank you very much!

United StatesNot necessarily bad…. Parking isn’t on site. It’s a few blocks away which is normal. Just takes some coordination. Also if you’re out late to won’t be able to park your car. Must park the car before 10 pm. The AC was working but not super cold.
Xiomara and her family were amazing. Every morning Xiomara made us breakfast. She served us a bowl of fruits followed by coffee and a typical Nicaraguan meal (eggs, gallo pinto/ rice and beans, Spanish cheese and crema. The bed was super comfy (coming from someone with neck pain). She was also able to help us arrange massages there on site. The masseuses came to us at Los Patios and set up rather quickly. We bought some groceries and were able to leave it in the shade communal refrigerator without issues. Each door has a key that you used to use to lock and unlock to get in and out of your room. We had plenty of towels in our room. We were given extra towels to use for swimming. Also, I felt super secure staying at Los patios and it was super quiet.
