It is extremely noisy. All the rooms windows face the pool where is full of people so it is not secure to open the windows for some fresh air. And you always need to keep the curtains shut if you want some privacy. It is very noisy all the time. In the evening it is forbidden to go around the pool. probably because they try to keep the area quiet. However, there was a party in the hotel hall so there was loud music until late in the night. Loud music then started again at 6 am. The breakfast experience is also awful because there is a staff member who asks you what you want and counts every bite you take and gives you no more than two tiny slices or pieces of what you want. Then asks you why you want more. Plus the faucet in our bathroom was broken and all the water from the sink just spilled on the floor flooding the bathroom and the room.

The hotel is relatively close to the city center and the Seawall.

The pool was missing a ladder, the TV in the room was very old, the room should have an iron and an ironer, also the beds should have thick covers.

This property has a good location, their breakfasts were very good, they have good security, the rooms were very clean

Blast music all day and evening, stayed in a dorm and needed help at night and there was no one at reception. Took an hour to get help

The AC stopped working the second day having paid two nights with AC since they didnt available any other room, they coudnt change rooms and provided a fan instead. They just have to up keep their facilities

Wifi does not reach the half of the hotel that is across the road We went to the breakfast buffet over 30 minutes before it closed and there was almost no food left, we were given a teaspoon of rice and a couple of pieces of fruit.

the bad was not that good, shower was liking and what I really don’t like is that people try to scam you. transportation is really cheap but because you are a tourist they charge you more, almost double. for example, I contacted transportation and I was like 2,900 km from the hotel they said it’s $3, even at the hotel they advertised $1 per km. The taxi arrived and when to pay with a $5 dollar bill and they didn’t give me the change. I told the lady they told me $3, she didn’t believe me and made me to show her the messages. So, that’s what I don’t like. I know they need the money and I can give those $2 as a tip but is mire about being honest with prices. I bet they will get more if they do what’s right

They have two pools but the second pool where my room was across the street from the office was not clean and had dirty water.

The hotel is in a good location where you can walk to see some interesting things. it’s in a quiet residential neighborhood.

The staff were mean, sit at the pool with kids and try ordering I waited about 30 min before them attended, for Breakfast it's the same waiter that seems like he hate his job because he always seriously disturbing to attend one even to serve us at the buffet. He seems racist at my point of view. Anyways the hotel were ok other safe were great and very helpful.

Have to wait too long to get check in at the reception zone and the lobby zone is not too comfortable, need to actualize they dressing and clean the chairs.

The hotel doesn't allow or provide early checkins for their customers. Which I also understand that it is subjected on availability. the common lobby areas does not have any fans so especially on a hot day you would be sweating. while waiting to get checked in to you room. The bathroom shower the water pressure was really poor. Almost the water doesn't come. and on my last day at the hotel there were no water. (which I assumed that they were doing some maintenance work) but they didn't inform their guest and when I finally told them it started to work again then again I felt like there were hardly any water coming.

The room was clean and the staff at the hotel are friendly the housekeeping lady is always smiling and helpful asking if I needed anything or if I needed my room cleaned. If know a little Spanish it will take you long way. The hotel breakfast was a nice touch. A nice hearty typical Nicaraguan breakfast. The hotel also has a restaurant where you can order food if you not feeling to go out. Which also had good menu and food was good. There was a security guard out side the hotel 24/7 which I thought it was nice. Overall atmosphere of the hotel was great. nice clean and felt private. The hotel is located in a central location and a few minutes drive away from the city center and from the Metro-center Mall and other attractions.
