One the best hotels we stayed in in Central America! The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, beautiful palm trees, tranquil pool area, the decor was like an old colonial mansion. The staff are super friendly and so helpful with anything you need. The rooms are large, very clean, spacious, super comfy beds, great a/c, strong wifi for work, and the showers had awesome pressure and great hot water. Breakfast spread was so good. And the location is right in the middle of the central park and walkable to all the main attractions. Highly recommend!

The room had a very strong smell, we had to open the door/window to ventilate. My son and wife mentioned the same problem. The air fresheners they used to mask a smell were overpowering.

I had a room on the first level by a side street. The street was very noisy. Difficult to get a solid sleep.

The hotel is as elegant as its pictures online. It's just in front of the Plaza with a lot of eateries nearby. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I specially recommend its breakfast, in that they offer not only the western food but also the local food.

The breakfast was excellent, the rooms were very nice, the staff were very friendly. We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The location was also perfect being right on the main plaza. They also had connections to all the activities and made sure we got to them.

the rooms were a little bit outdated with some of the furniture but it didn’t matter to us, it was an amazing stay!

Lovely stay in Granda, Nicaragua. Extremely helpful, friendly and attentive staff! we tried some of the local food for breakfast as it was Independence Day! great mix of breakfast buffet food and lovely pool outlook. We would stay again :)

The level of noise from street bars at night time which was particularly bad at weekends. Also on one occasion some drunk hotel guests in the room next to us who partied well into the early hours.

The rooms were very comfortable and spacious, and the breakfast was good. The hotel was centrally located for walking to all the sights and restaurants of Granada. I would recommend a room on the ground floor as these have a terrace and are quieter than those facing onto the square. The pool area was pleasant for relaxing in after a days sightseeing. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Late night loud music from a neighbor bar last to 3 am. During the day the hotel is quiet, the music from the neighbor bar getting louder after 9pm. I stayed for 3 nights, every nightI have to wear my AirPods to use noise cancellation to sleep, in the last night, the AirPods run out off power, I woke up by the loud music at 3:30am!

Very centrally located with beautiful colonial style architecture, nice courtyard and pool. Spotless room.good breakfast, nice staff always want to give a help hand.

Unfortunately no restaurant in the hotel. You can order something at reception but it’s only bad fast food. Also no late night bar, they have a beautiful bar but already closed before 6 in the afternoon. I hope this will change soon.

We were “upgraded” without being told of the price increase until we checked out. The upgraded room was upstairs with a balcony facing the plaza which was wonderful. Unfortunately the room itself was small, the bed was full-size and barely fit the two of us, and there wasn’t anywhere to sit inside. I was also disappointed to learn there was no food on property aside from Breakfast. The Bar’s hours also became a running joke during the trip. It was closed the first day/night so on the next morning we asked and were told the Bar would be open all day until 8pm. Sure enough, when we went down for a cocktail at 2pm it was closed. Next day, also closed. The increased price without warning was really disappointing. The hotel was very empty, we noted maybe 3 other groups were staying there so to check out and be over-charged for a small room in an empty hotel didn’t leave me with the best impression.

Beautiful hotel. Lovely pool and views of the plaza. Great breakfast. Staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to help us plan outings in the city.
