Excellent location for museums and a short walk away from the Leidseplein and trams to the centre or to Central station. The room had everything we needed and was very clean. There is staff on hand 24/7

It is well located, you can be in the centre in 10 min by walking. The room is very clean. There were free coffee machine which was very nice 😊

Perfect location, quite street, friendly personal. Good bed, nice room. The size of the room and bathroom is a bit bigger, as in some other hotels and you feel yourself comfortably. The personal is very helpful.

The size of the beds was too small. It was like for a teenager, not for an average weight person. The pillows weren't comfortable.

The attitudes of the staff were always helpful. The room was tidy enough. The hotel is close to the tram/bus station. We walked 20-25 min to reach the center. The surroundings of the hotel seemed very secure for us.

A couple of the employees at the front desk were not friendly. Most employees were very nice with the exception of two at the desk.

Since the radiator was turned off when the room was empty, it took a long time to warm up, but after it warmed up, there was no problem. When there is noise in the corridor, you can hear the sounds too.

The location of the hotel is very central and very close to the tram stop. It is located on the same street as a very popular hotel. You also stay on the side street of Ondel Park. It has an aesthetic kitchen, and thanks to its balcony, you can drink your free coffee in a quiet environment. The room we chose was a little small, but we had no problems staying as two people. The bathroom and toilet were clean. We had no problems with room temperature. The Turkish gentleman at the reception explained everything to us very clearly. I thank him very much again.

The was no kettle or cups in the room, so there was no option to make yourself a tea or coffee. You could make yourself tea in the dining room (24h) but you couldn't take it upstairs and drink in your room (sometimes I was allowed, sometimes I wasn't). I don't understand that policy. It's not like the guests are going to steal the cups.

The hotel is in a great location. Within a walking distance of all the main attractions. The neighbourheod was calm and quiet. My room was small but cozy and comfortable.

The walls were incredibly thin which meant we were woken up by guests in other rooms and by a baby crying one night. The room was also quite hot at night.

The bed. Their double beds are not very conformable, even if they kindly changed our room, they seem to use a topper to create double beds instead of actual double beds. At leas in the 2 rooms we had.

The structure is nice, warm, welcoming and clean. The staff is really helpful and kind.

The location was amazing. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood, next to Vongel Park and to the great museums. Many good restaurants and cafes in the area, and easily accessible with public transport. The children loved free hot chocolate at the reception!

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. It's a small hotel and with a great location, and a cozy and welcoming feeling. Apparently designed by the same architect who designed the Amsterdam Rijksmuseum and central station. Easy walking distance to many museums as well as lots of little restaurants and coffee houses.
