Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

DenmarkA bit too loud through the door with even low noises from the hallway. A french group of guests woke us up in the middle of the night because they walked the halls and shouted because they were drunk. A bit silly that the radiator would heat the room, but the air vent in the window would cool the room and the AC would shut down in the middle of the night..? The floor in the bathroom was so ice cold that I had to stand on a towel. The restaurant is a little too expensive for dinner and doesn't have a lot to offer.
Nice breakfast except I missed some fruit. Great spa facilities. Better shower opportunities at the pool would be good for hygiene in the spa area. Nice and easy location to Amsterdam and other areas. Nijkerk is also a nice city. Great that we could charge our electric car at the parking lot at the hotel.

Room had 2 toilets and plenty of space given I was expecting us all to be in 1 room (it was split across 2 rooms that were in the same room, rather than 2 separate hotel rooms). Looked to be some lovely walking/cycle routes locally, we were just there to visit Amsterdam so didn’t make use of the local area
