We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Location! Room with a view on the 5th floor on the see was fantastic. My husband and me were so much impressed to see big ships passing in front of us.very romantic atmosphere. Personal prepared a nice surprise: a bottle of 🍾 Fletcher as we're recently married.Room was very clean. A bit noise from heating system.but it did not really bothered us. Breakfast was excellent, lot of choice of food.Resto is actually a huge lounge zone with a sea view and comfortable huge seating places.

NetherlandsThe "one" elevator is a bit slow but with the stairs you won't be faster. I think this hotel should have at least two elevators to address the elevator ride demand at rush-hours. The bathroom floor can be very slippery, be careful as the tiles are as smooth as silk. The shower is in a bathtub, this could be difficult for older/disabled people who want to take a shower.
The breakfast was excellent and the lounge/bar areas are a nice place to relax and enjoy the sea views. Breakfast: fresh juices, coffee, croissants, variety of bread, yoghurts, sausages and cooked eggs. All in all plenty of choice to design your tasty breakfast. If you have a window table you can keep an eye on the big cargo ships and sailboats setting sail for the North Sea. (One of the highlights). The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating to the travellers needs. The hotel room is well equipped and has a modern look and feel.
