I only wish there was a small dresser with perhaps a couple drawers to put some clothes, so I did not have to keep using my suitcases as a dresser.

The hair dryer in the room seemed 30 years old... I was hesitant to use it due to the smell of the air coming out, and the color of the cord (imagine a yellow/ brown shade). Additionally, there was nearly no noise privacy, unfortunately. We could hear everything on the corridors, and in the rooms nearby. Sadly someone (another guest) needed medical attention while we were there and it was impossible not hear every conversation the doctors, nurse and cleaning staff were having.

We booked this hotel at the very last minute to enjoy a weekend on the Dutch coast. It's neatly located - about half way between Westkapelle and The Hague (Scheveningen), just south of Rotterdam in a suburb. The place is nested in a shopping area, close to a cinema - so plenty of free parking and very quiet at night. The staff was extremely helpful and even placed out cooling elements in the freezer so we could enjoy cold beverages the next day on the beach. Breakfast was surprisingly good and we especially enjoyed the open terrace by the canal - there were fresh flowers and wild birds nearby. Finally, the air conditioner in the room was brand new, so we could sleep very well. Comfy beds and new chairs. It looked like the hotel was slowly updating its facilities.

- 3 start hotel in a small town, a bit expensive for 3 persons family room - breakfast could be improved with more variety and options - instead of sofa bed, there could be a standard single bed - most of the times someone smoking at the entrance door - staircase is not easy to use and risk of falling - elevator is too slow

Awful pillows , no coversheets just a comforter, very poor bathroom ventilation, 2 minute shower and everything in bathroom dripping wet.

The staff seemed a little bit disorganized, even for the dinner (booked in advance).

Easy to reach and with lots of parking places. The room was large and comfortable, even if the bathroom has a bit of old fashion style. Good breakfast.
