Small comfort thing – the duvet covers were a bit stiff and didn’t really wrap around the body the way I like. Not a big deal though – I didn’t ask if they had different ones, so I’m not sure if they could’ve swapped them out.

The breakfast area felt basic in comparison with the room but breakfast itself was good, especially the small selection of cook to order options. Some extra hangers in the room would have been nice, as there was no wardrobe or a shelf for clothes, only a rack.

Spacious room with a wonderful large and modern bathroom and a small private courtyard. Superb job done by housekeeping on all days of our stay. A unique feature of the suite we stayed in was the windows looking into the neighboring Irish pub - this didn't affect the privacy of the room or the quality of sleep in any way (the noise levels were not too high and the pub would close quite early for a pub) but actually added an extra charm to the space in the evening hours. Last but not least, all the staff members we interacted with were professional and attentive.

The AC light is bright so kept us up. Did not provide hair conditioner. The shampoo/body soap is harsh for hair. Lotion bottle pump did not work. Cleaning person should check those things.

The hotel was in a good location with many shops, restaurants, etc. it was also close to the tram line so easy to get around. Room was large and was able to accommodate an extra bed.

We booked with a newborn and toddler and the staff were very accommodating in sorting out beds for them. The room had plenty of space to accommodate our kids and their needs.

You could hear the neighbours and other doors opening and closing and also the room ventilation. I am sensitive to the noise, maybe others are not bothered…

The internet was a bit spotty for streaming by the bed in our room but it still worked and we had no trouble with it elsewhere in the room.

We had a great stay at De Salon. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. The availability of a mini fridge was helpful for our longer stay. The location is ideal for walking or biking in the city. It was easy for us to check-in after hours and the reception was very responsive. The courtyard looked inviting but the weather wasn't quite warm enough during our visit. If you're looking for a quiet and comfortable accommodation look no further.

missing glass door to shower - all bathroom floor wet when showering! other minus was little a bit too soft bed. then would like to have staff be on there also night times. little a bit scary to be left alone.

it was just what they promised in adv. : Boutique , very boutique indeed. we've got nice large room with big windows to garden. bathroom was luxurious. breakfast very good. location just perfect.

Well, there were those stairs - steps up to the first floor (from the ground floor), and then another set of steps up to our room. Easier to navigate when we were younger, but we managed. We would also have appreciated a light in the sink/shower area of our room. Overall, these are minor quibbles, however.

First of all, the staff were exceptional. They booked our taxi for our very early departure on our final day, they reassured us that the taxi WOULD arrive on time (it did), and gave us ways to contact them should it fail to arrive. They shared information about tram routes and how to get to Delft. Our room was very comfortable, as was our patio. It was helpful to have a small refrigerator for milk and cheese. The location was perfect - an easy walk to museums and excellent restaurants. We also appreciated that we could store our luggage downstairs, so that we didn't have to lug it down in the wee hours of the morning before our departure.

Lots of narrow and slanted stairs you need to climb to get to the room. A curved staircase to get to the hall with the door to the room, a long stairway once in the door, and then another ladder/staircase to get to the loft beds. Loft beds were a bit firm. The bathroom was not conducive for a family. Bathtub and shower are out in the open.

Adorable room with lots of space! The street the hotel is on is so cute and has lots of shops. We left our bags with the hotel before check in and they brought our bags up to our room.

I can not think of one thing.

Breakfast was great-all the staff are friendly and go the extra mile to ensure guests are comfortable--special requests like ice for feet, tea and coffee are all accommodated. Would recommend this place highly. It is very well managed and is in a great location
