Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Nothing I can think of. Just the washbasin did not have the best place. Specially if you just have taken a shower.
Cozy nice beach hotel with nice staff. Decent breakfast and free parking space. Beach is just 5 minutes away on foot. The hotel seems more interesting for seniors than younger couples / families.

Room smelled extremely strong like wet dog. We've been to quite a few hotels where pets are admitted, but we're never hit by such a strong smell when entering our room. Pity that restaurant was closed for dinner, no recommendations given for other options.

The room that dogs are allowed to stay in is very small. There’s no closet space for clothes and no space to put clothes. There is not a lot of space for the dog to lie down.
It was very close to the beach away from the business. We could bring our dog which was lovely. Breakfast was amazing! The room was comfortable.

Dinner was very poorly prepared and was not good value for money at all. When I complained that the solid risotto should be more creamy, I was told that I did not eat cream. I said nothing of the sort and cream was not needed anyway. Our room was very large with lots of empty spaces but surprisingly there was no dressing table and mirror or bedside drawers. In fact there was not a single drawer in the room and we were forced to live out of our suitcases. We hung up what we could but everything else had to stay in the case for 6 days. Our bathroom had dispensers for body wash, hand wash, shampoo and conditioner. These were bolted onto holders. All were empty apart from the conditioner. Next day we asked for them to be refilled but the staff did not appear to know how to do that and we were given bottles of body wash and shampoo. However these disappeared the next day never to be seen again. I complained at reception but was told to ask the room staff ? ? We walked to the village and managed to find a Spar shop that sold shampoo and bars of soap.
It was very quiet with spacious rooms. Breakfast was excellent. The room was cleaned every day. It is only a short walk from the village.

Great breakfast, great for dogs, clean and comfortable, friendly staff, rooms have all amenities (kettle, coffee machine, hair dryer). Located at a convenient distance from the town and the beach.

The hotel offers very little (no gym, spa, pool or anything else), the room was good but nothing exceptional and the bathroom was a little disappointing. I mean we paid about 130eur per night so I was expecting a bit more for this price. I was there with my child (8) but they don't rent bikes for kids, only for adults.
The hotel is well located, just 2 min from the beach, close to the town but in the countryside so very quiet. The breakfast is really good and there was a kettle and Nespresso machine + caps in the room.

I didn’t like the coffee out of a vending machine. I would have preferred fresh coffee.
