Reviews of Saya Boutique Hotel

The location of this property was really great with easy access to town and amenities. The room was decorated nicely and the bed was very comfortable. Messages were responded to in a timely manner but it is always unfortunate to not have a in-person personal touch.

The curtains pooling on the floor meant it was difficult to get up in the night and safely work your way around the bed. A queen size bed would have been more appropriate for the small space.

The location is near the city centre. The room was quite clean and whatever you need is in it. I was able to leave my luggage there until my time. They were helpful. I strongly recommend it

High-end interior and facilities, lovely big high bed, two basins, and we really loved having the bathrobes in the room. It all felt so luxurious and a real treat

Everything was fantastic, from the luxurious interior and facilities to the location.

We loved it - it was charming, quirky, and the beds were soooo comfortable! The rooms were well equipped and very clean. It was lovely to have a little garden though it was raining so we couldn’t actually sit in it! The location was perfect - nice and quiet, close to the Q-park and very close to the centre of lovely Amersfoort.

The location of this is very good just a few mins walk to the main areas. The room was quiet and a kettle and coffee machine with supplies was provided, there was a small fridge out in the corridor to store milk etc. The bed is comfortable and the owners are really helpful and respond quickly to any questions, they also provide good information on check in. The toiletries in the bathroom were very welcomed and the umbrellas in the corridor were a bonus on a very wet day.

However, there are some areas that should be improved, the electronic keys are not easy to master, although you receive an instructional video prior to arrival. I find it difficult to understand why this is called a boutique hotel, it is rather two rooms at the back of an unused shop with an open corridor passing the original shop area leading to two bedrooms, the owners live upstairs. It’s not the prettiest place to arrive into, in fact it made me feel uncomfortable and this has contributed to the review on the property. The cleaning could be better, in particular the shower. The place could do with a coat of paint this would also hide the mould on the walls in the bedroom that has been mentioned on a previous review. The WiFi is also a bit unpredictable

Everything was perfect, the shower with shampoo & conditioner was a total surprise (and was very much appreciated).. As was the slippers & dressing gowns. The bed was extremely comfortable & everything was spotless.. We would certainly recommend & would stay again.

There was nothing to dislike

The b&b is centrally located for local amenities. Our room was large with modern luxurious bathroom and island bed overlooking a peaceful garden. We were travelling by bike and able to leave them in the hallway overnight.

Room too small very difficult to walk around the bed, mould in bottom corner of room, nowhere relaxing to sit, was advertised as hotel but not a hotel as only 2 rooms in the back of an empty shop

Very nicely decorated and flexible check in. Calm and private room.

Very cold room as heating was not turned on. Took several hours until room was heated well. Not so pleasant for a couple-arrangement.

Clean and very comfortable room. It’s located in the center of Amersfoort, a vibrant and energizing environment with lots of restaurants at walking distance.
