The hotel is also a restaurant so there's no place for you just to chill. You can go out or stay in your room, ours barely fit the bed.

The staff is great and the location is just perfect for who needs to get to airport early in the morning. Breakfast is really nice and the serving hours are great.

The room is extremely frugal. There is just the bed, a small wardrobe and a small wash basin. The TV is not positioned in the centre of the room

If you are traveling to VU university this hotel is perfect. Just a 10 minute bus ride away followed by another 10 minute walk in a very safe neighborhood. The rooms are cleaned every day and they are exceptionally cleaned. The continental breakfast was varied too. Boiled eggs, ham and cheese, jams, peanut butter, assortment of cereals and an assortment of bread. Would highly recommend it for students attending a conference at VU or the other universities around since it's cheap, clean, has a nice pub, surrounded by two parks.

Rooms are not sound proofed and parties running downstairs until 12am at weekdays and 2am at weekends were too much. I left exhausted. Not recommended for families with kids.

Stairs need to be a marking on the front edge a fee times I missed the last step same colour as the floor below need a yellow tripe on the front edge before some one badly injured them self’s.

There was a lot of noise at night from closing dumpster bins, electrical appliances and such from the hotel. ( bring ear plugs? ) And I was on the top floor, even then it was quite loud. The room was really cold. The heating was too slow to warm up. ( bring an electric heater? ) I am not sure if broken things in the room are actually ok... Would be good if staff responds to messages on booking.com. Calling them by phone is the only way to get an answer. Free breakfast is good, but this was really basic: bread from a plastic and a (somwewhat wide) choice of basic Dutch things that go with bread

Flexible down to earth staff. Ask them for anything and they will see what they can do. ( shared ) Shower has plenty of nice hot water and was quite large. Free parking next to the place Restaurant with a lot of choice. Also good beer with the name of the hotel Free breakfast with your stay. Including hot boiled eggs. Coffee was nice and strong.

The electrical fittings in the room need improving.

A long long walk from public transport, the room had broken equipment, loud crazy bar downstairs, staff were nice, the facilities weren't great at all. Close to a 'coffee shop' tho.

No bathroom supplies, so when you come here you must bring your own bathroom supplies. The hotel owner need to pay attention to the heater.

The Location is little bit far from the bus station to Amsterdam central. But very close to other bus halt direction.and very near to supermarket ( LIDL) my kids like the bath tub. The internet is fast. It is value of money because with the price, breakfast is included.

I didn't know I won't have a toilet and bathroom in my room. And another advise it to renovate a little rooms.. they look like really from 80s-90s.. An atmosphere wasn't the ine I expected after checking photos online.

Stuff is very nice and possibility to have an early check in was a main for me so im more than happy stuff let me do it without problems!

Location is in the Southern suburbs just a few stops on the bus from the airport or a tram ride from the city. There is a Lidl store opposite which is handy for essentials.

The lack of soap in the bathroom. Only one loo role in bathroom. The worst thing was the noise from the bar on the weekend nights. It was like sleeping in a night club from 10pm to 2pm on both Friday and Saturday night.

The room was not clean - hair, used soap bar in the bathroom. Two small towels provided for three people. When we asked for another towel, preferably for a bath towel, it took quite some time for them to come up with a hand towel in the end.

The towels were changed every day BUT WHY ON EARTH YOU PUT THEM ON THE FLOOR OUTSIDE THE ROOM??? I didn't use fresh towels because of that. If you have a policy not to enter the guest's room during their stay, please make a towels cabinet available to the guests or make up something else, more hygienic. The douche room definitely lacks shelves. I mean, seriuosly, why shoud I put my shampoo on the floor? You have plenty space there to organise nice small shelf for this purpose. The oher thing I didn't like is that my window faces some stairs and one night someone was there smoking cannabis. It's okay everyone does whatever they want, but it was hell hot suring my stay, the air was stuffy, and I would prefer to keep my window open, but I couldn't do that. So it would be nice if smokers could find some other location for their chilling ;)

The hotel is located in a lovely vicinity, very peaceful and green. Good connection to the airport and the city centre. The bed was supercomfy, beddings were clean and soft.
