The room was very dirty. We were ready that the room is old and needs some refreshing, that had we seen on the pictures. But when we sow dirty bedding with the hair on the pillows, that was to much. Even after complaint we got only new pillow cowers. The bathroom was dirty as well. Dust everywhere, as if the room had never been cleaned.

Good location, very close to the center. Breakfast also good. Free parking. There are not so many places for parking, but if you are early, you can get free place.

The bed was very hard, but not uncomfortable, if you like hard matrasses, this is your place. Parking lot is small and quickly taken. Nevertheless there is a public parking just aside and the prices are correct (no fees during parking at night and sunday mornings).

Excellent breakfast, plenty of different food. Staff at reception very polite and helpful. Great location of the hotel just near the city center of Zwolle but still it stays very calm at night. Free parking is included, but there aren't a lot of spaces, so the paying parking has to be used, but the prices here are fair.

Lift not working and door key stopped working twice meaning lots of stairs to and from the 3rd floor. Hotel and rooms looked dated but were clean.

It’s very basic. Furniture is quite old. In the morning the ladies of the cleaning staff were chatting and laughing pretty loud, while cleaning the other rooms, so it was almost impossible to sleep longer. I had a room with the window on the main road, and because of the single glass, the noise of the cars is a bit annoying.

The staff was very kind and the reception was open 24/7. Parking is available. Rooms were very basic but clean. For 15 euro extra you can check out until 3pm.

No air conditioning. Beds are not fixed. Charging ports are far from bed. Hotel rooms are well cleaned but facilities being too old makes everything looks not cleaned.

Very good breakfast and nice, helping staff. They offer children gift package. Easy access to parking but slots are limited.

The matresses are very old with springs. The rooms were cleaned only where is "necessary". The rug was dirty under the bed. The sheets were not very clean. There was amoldy smell in the rooms.

Its just a bit old and the room was smaller then on the pictures They deffinitly need to upgrade some things like the bathroom, the pipe was making noice when opening it and the sink was congested.Tthey had no air con but atleast tried with fan and were very friendly in supplying new ones. The cleaners were also super super patient and friendly. GOD BLESS THEM

Very friendly staff, helpful and accomodating,hospitality was very good they received us nicely and were there 24 h. The food seemed nice as well .There's possibility to buy good or heat yours wgich wss also very cool. Theres a small place to sit outside, which was fit for the weather. The area is also very bautiful and its not far from Zwolle main station.Just 1 bus stop away.

- No Air conditioning in the rooms, you can try to open the small window but that doesn't help much. It feels like an oven in the summer. We couldn't sleep well because of this. We opened the upper section of the window to let some air in, but because the hotel is next to a busy car road, the noise really interrupted our sleep. They don't even put temporary fans for the guests. Why??? - Very uncomfortable beds. The spring mattresses are really old, and you feel the springs through the fabric. They also make noise when you move, and occasionally you hear a few snapping to release tension at random times, which is really unnerving when you are trying to sleep. Nobody wants to be hit with a spring when they are laying down, do they?
