A weird vibe from the staff but overall fine.

The location was a bit out of the way but there was a bus that took you to the centre of town in about 20mins. The rooms and hotel were great and well decorated. Breakfast had great cold options but not much on the hot side. The private time in the spa was fantastic, a really memorable experience. Whirlpool was huge!

- It's far away from everything so the location isn't great. - It was very chilly. We stayed at the ground floor and it was always cold in the room, even with the heating turned to max. - The bathroom had better days. While it was clean, it didn't receive the same attention as the bedroom because the shower, the toilet and the sink all seemed very used.

- It was clean and the staff was very helpful. - The hotel has a free big outdoor private parking. - If for one day you didn't ask for cleaning the room, you would receive a token that could be used to get a free drink at the bar.

After reservation I received a message that my room might be canceled if I arrive after 16:00 and don't provide credit card info. After a quick message the issue was resolved, but annoying nonetheless.

The room was not so soundproof so we heard people speaking loudly in the next room.

The location suited us well but it’s a little off if you want to be close to the action. Breakfast was excellent and the room met our expectations. Very nice staff. The receptionist was really nice and helpful and gave us a few restaurant suggestions that were very nice.

i have been here a few times and i found the rooms to be rather cold during the colder season of the year. I was not able to figure out, how to increase the in room temperature.

Great breakfast buffet and great evening choices for food. Parking is very convenient and staff is always very friendly and supportive.

At the restaurant during the first 2 days, we were told to move and pick another table several times for many reasons. First, we were told to pick any table. Then, we were asked to move because it was reserved, but there's no sign on the table. I think the communication from the staffs here can be improved.

Fully equipped, with free parking space and fitness area. Very clean, restaurant and bar. With the bus you are in 30 minutes in Central Utrecht. I really recommend this hotel!!!

The staff was really nice, we loved the "go green" policy and the drink that accompanied it, it is really well connected even though it isn't in the city center it has a bus stop only 5 mins away were you can go everywhere.

Food at the restaurant wasn’t good and service was quite slow. Leisure center is okay but if you want to use it after 1pm you have to pay 30€ for the house and it is not worth it at all (okay if used free before 1pm)
