Monior niggle was lack off wardrobe.

The process from check-in to check-out was smooth and effortless. The facilities and the location were excellent. All major attractions were within walking distance. Close proximity of the railway was a bonus.

I couldn't pick a different room. I had a room on the first black level with a window to the block, which was a bit disappointing. Also, there are a few steps down you must take to get to the reception and elevator. There weren't many things to choose from for breakfast, but the coffee was good.

I really liked the location. It's right behind the Royal Palace and there are many places to eat, have a coffee or shop. Getting to the center is just a few blocks, but the streets are quiet at night. The interior is quite unique.

The hot water randomly didn't work one morning, presumably the tank was out or something. Also the lighting was super confusing, but we might also just be not used to the setup.

Location was fantastic! Breakfast was pretty good. The staff was super helpful and nice. The room was a good enough size. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had all the appropriate working parts.

The location of the hotel is very central and convenient. Close to everything. The rooms are very pleasant and clean. The hotel staff is excellent, service-oriented, and courteous. The breakfast is not very rich, but definitely functional.

Would’ve been nice to have flannels provided. Basically all english TV channels wouldn’t work as said there was a satellite issue, chromecast was also hard to connect sometimes, but this may not of been anything to do with the hotel. The maid didn’t put fresh towels in the room one day, so rang reception for some and it took 30-60 mins for them to be brought up which isn’t ideal when you have activities booked. Lift very slow and shower seemed to either to be too hot or too cold.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. 9/10 stars. Location was good, staff were absolutely amazing (one lady on reception in particular with short curly hair and name began with C), the breakfast was really good. Pastries etc were lovely and fresh, lots of selection. Really comfy beds and pillows. Shower pressure good, with cotton buds, body lotion etc all provided. Decoration was beautiful. Plenty of plug sockets. We will definitely be returning.
