Everything was comfortable, they even had a vending machine for late night snacking! The cleanliness was ok. And it's a fair distance for Amsterdam that will cost you a 5€ ticket to get there

The Lobby is very tiny and small so I did not find a lobby to spend time. Hostel is far from center. There is literally no night life near hostel. It is not cheap when it comes to proximity to city center. You should be at hostel in person for registration until 11:00pm so you can’t check in late and this caused me the lost of my whole and only night in Amsterdam. I had to be hotel at 11:00 pm for checking so I left the city and the night life and I went to hostel for checking at 11:00 pm that is so bad because if you wanna go back to city center you have to spend a lot of time and effort.

It was very clean. I give the hostel 5 stars in terms of cleanlines

There are no showers on the first floor so you must gather all your things, your towel etc and walk downstairs right by the lobby to shower, this was very odd. The toilets could do with a little up keeping. Also it is one man's bathroom for the entire floor so god forbid you stay on a fully booked night. Obviously quite far from amsterdam so difiicult to get a lot of things done. Almost all the affordable supermarkets and shops in the area close at 6pm with a couple closing at 8, which is awful if you're checking in at night and need to buy groceries.

The individual pods with the curtain at the end gives the allusion that you are in your own private room. Many amenities. Modern rooms. Friendly reception and staff that speak multiple languages. Overall pleasant stay. Friendly guests.

Nothing particularly; had some very noisy guests enter at 2 AM on our first night, but not the hostels fault.

I stayed in the all-girls room. The door did not have a lock on it and upon bringing the staff’s attention to that I was told that if anyone comes into the room, the staff would be able to see through the cameras and “give the guy a smack on the face”. I don’t see much professionalism in such a reply and I don’t see why a room is literally left without a lock. The room was awfully close to the common area in which people were talking loudly until 2am. The hostel also didn’t have a kitchen — not bad in itself but would’ve been nice.

- The room is not 6 m2 as it says on Booking but only 2 m2 - The parking is not 7,5 euro (is it says on Booking) per. day but 3,5 euro per. hour

Very dirty and dusty, ventilation rack above my head/pillow was in dust, only one toilet (w and m) on floor, there's kitchen but without microwave or oven, only small fridge, dishwasher and some cutlery

Like the town, stylish design in hostel, nice room, in capsule bed was warm and silent, you make your bed by yourself and take it off after, the mattress was too soft for me, pillow and duvet were good

Wifi was really pain in the ass! No microwave, not even toaster (single purpose kitchen)🙁. Sometimes crazy guests came and did weird things such they came into lady’s restroom. But i understand , it’s winter time!

Only thing what not dissapointed but make thing littlebit problematic is absent of small kitchen coner but this is hostel not private house .Long stayers missing probably.

I liked most the people who worked there. .If You come there first time they explain You everything from the ground to the top floor. Personal in hostel very polite and helpful rare nowadays. They have very good manners and can resolve every situation and problem with professionalism. Especially I like mention Salvatore and Brenda. They have always in good mood and take every Your question seriously. Can give You the good advice about Netherland and Amsterdam..Don,t afraid to turn to them if You had some question They always have good answer. Brendan . Francesco and Cicero too can help You . Don t hesitate to turn with them with Your questions. Its shopping . orientation some small problems wich happened on the way in Your every day dealings. Great service orientated people must say honestly !

Overall it was good, all things considered. The rooms were small and not a lot of space to fit everyone's luggage in it. The whole place is a bit small, the "kitchen" areas just have a fridge, kettle and a tiny counter top. The pods don't have a shelf, but they have a pocket with a net but stuff falls through it since it's a net. The shower room does not seem to have ventilation so it's just humid in there, and they also use wayyy to much fake perfume smelling things, it was super over powering and hard for me (but I am not at another hostel in Netherlands and I think that maybe is a thing here? The use of cheap scent things that are super powerful and not great for people who are sensitive to smells)

Staff were super friendly & you could do bike rentals from them.
