We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SlovakiaThe breakfast buffet was nice; we had plenty of options to eat and drink to start a day. Location was excellent: close to the Keukenhof gardens, close to the centre of Lisse and a bus stop to Schiphol airport. Beds were comfortable, we had clean towels every day, and we even had tea and instant coffee for each day. Staff was welcoming and helpful with everything. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and would definitely come back.

IrelandIs Dutch hospitality an oximoran? As the twin room looked very pokey, we paid for an upgrade to a suite. Instead of a warm welcome or giving any helpful information about the area, we were duly warned that using the cooker or washer in the little kitchenette would incur an extra charge. ( theres no cookware, id be afraid to ask ! ) The bathroom and main bedroom were up a steep stairs making it difficult for a family member with mobility issues down on the sofa bed ( a tricky one which you are told to make up yourself ) to freely access. It’s sterile and soulless yet spacious with a comfortable bed . It’s over a 2km walk to the Kukenhoff if that’s what you are there for…..where they also charge extra for honey in your tea and cream on your cake. A Dutch hospitality trait that if you want to enjoy yourself you’ll have to ignore, accept … or go someplace else.
