It’s right in the middle of everything but that also means the bar nearby, and all those singing at 2:00, can keep you up at night.

The hairdryer barely had any power, impossible to use, the bed was too soft, stains on bed sheets and one bath towel was dirty.

Great location, overall very friendly staff, nice breakfast, the overall condition of the hotel is very good.

I had to go to another place for breakfast. They have the same dish every morning. On our day of departure we could not have breakfast because the place does not open until 8:00. Breakfast was paid for but we could not take it away. Normally you can take breakfast with you if you have an early flight.

The location was good. The website says that you can also book breakfast. But breakfast was in a different place. You have to walk a bit. I recommend mentioning this detail on the website.

Perfect location! Easy walking from station and to Cube houses, old harbour, spectacular new market hall, lovely places to eat. Very close to Museumpark. The hotel has stopped serving breakfast but instead has an arrangement with the gorgeous Cafe Syf just down the road for an EXCELLENT cold breakfast platter with delightful service, all included in your price. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

breakfast is in a different location, first day the guy took 20 mins to get me a coffee.. I was running late so did not wait to see if they were giving me something to eat. other days the breakfast was wonderful it is near a tram stop…. so if you do not wear earplugs then it’s hard to sleep

The cleaning service could be better.

Breakfast is good. Hotel room is big with sufficient facilities. The location is very convenient, just 10 mins walk from train station.

There was a lot of noice from the street facing the hotel. A bar accross the street was obviously open until very late even during weekdays and there were people yelling and screaming. Breakfast room was really small with no windows.

Hotel is centrally located, walking distance from the main railway station. The rooms were quite simple but clean with a small bathroom and a refridgerator. Breakfast was good. Free wifi.

3 flights of narrow stairs to go up is fine but when there is a lift, compassion could be shown to allow use with heavy luggage. Came to check in slightly early, made to change in bathroom then when arrived back at reception was given room key. Made more sense to have just given key a few minutes before. 2 sockets for 3 beds isn't enough and the shower started to overflow as the drain didn't empty the water fast enough

Location was very central, staff pleasant and breakfast was filling with plenty of variety. Balcony terrace on top floor was a really cool feature

Mattress was too soft, not comfortable.

Great central location (but there are clubs around, so could be noisy for someone). Small parking in yard by only 15 eur/day (limited space). Nice staff. Good breakfast. Room was good space. Coffe/team maker in room. And one more thing to add -dont look for ligh switch in bathroom, it goes automaticaly :)

Sometimes our door key card would not open the front door and our room door and this had to be reset three times. Hotel rooms were a bit hot at all times of the day.

All staff extremely helpful and polite. Excellent central location. Rooms nice, comfy beds.

The bed was way too soft.

The location is absolutely perfect: there are many stores and restaurants next door (I can highly recommend Mondial Fish just on the opposite site of the road). Eendrachtsplein metro station and tram #4 stop just steps away. You can easily reach Rotterdam Centraal by foot. The lady at the reception was very kind and welcoming. My room was already vacant by 9:00. The room was little, but very clean and comfortable.
