the proximity to the train station meant that there was a constant background noise from the room I was in the parking is very tight, making car maneuver hard

The price of the hotel goes up considerably during the Tefaf fair. The matresses are too soft.

I come here every year for the Tefaf fair. I like the rooms on the high floor that face the backside. They are large and have coffee and tea makers. This year, I didn't use the swimming pool, but it is nice to know it is there.

The mattresses were old and not comfortable. Couldn't have a sound sleep. The hotel needs renovations and modernisations.

The maid service was late in the afternoon which was a bit annoying. We noticed our room wasn't hoovered daily and the lighting in the bathroom was poor!

The room felt a bit outdated, especially the air conditioning system. I thought the breakfast buffet was on the expensive side at 21 euros.

Central location, right across the train station. Room was spacious and clean. I really liked the fact that the hotel has a pool, as I got a quality morning swim in. The staff were very kind and helpful as I asked to leave the luggage behind for a day when I checked out.

The location is great if arriving via train. The hotel is old and rundown but this is reflected in the price. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool. You'll enjoy your stay if you go with no huge expectations.

Room was OK. The shower was poor - the trouble with show in a bath is the curtain gets in the way preventing you from being able to stand under the shower properly. Also baths are not designed to be stood up in, so floor is very slippy. Teh room has enough space to have a proper show enclosure. TV channels, many didn't work - would be good to be able to connect laptop to TV/access to Netflix etc...

Bar area was good but disappointing that was not made aware of limited menu until I sat down - should have bene told at check in. Location was excellent

The attitude of the staff at the reception desk was not nice. Also the room was small. Value for money - questionable, next time would choose another hotel for comparable costs

Good location of the hotel and nice walking distance to the Bonefanten museum and the old center. The parking garage was necesary. The staff at the reception desk was not very helpful nor nice nor ready to help. The room was quite small as well as bathroom. The breakfast was good however the replacing of the missing food was slow.
