The towel rail in the bathroom was a bit dusty. That's the only minus I can think of.

It's a perfect hotel located in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood. It's a 15-minute walk to the beach and a 10-minute tram ride to the city centre. The personnel was really helpful and friendly. The hotel restaurant served good breakfasts, and there was free WiFi in the room. Our room was modern, comfortable and spacious enough. And since we were staying on the ground floor, we were very lucky and also had a beautiful garden!

Everything about this quiet and charming hotel was excellent. Would certainly visit again!

The houses don't have lifts, as far as we could tell, and the staircases are quite steep so would be difficult for carrying large or heavy suitcases. It's also worth being aware that there is no longer any free on-street car parking in The Hague - we were fortunate that the hotel had one remaining guest licence available for our night.

The receptionist, Ania, was very friendly and helpful. We were amused to find that the hotel is actually spread over a number of houses in the street. Breakfast is served in the main building and is self-service with plenty of choice. It was a nice touch to have complimentary drinks in the minibar.

Did not find any disadvantages. Only one that I did not like the coffee at breakfast (too strong cappuccino, but I noticed that this is everywhere in Netherlands)

    - Very helpful and kind staff - Good location near the beach - Kettle in the room with tea and coffee - Good price

WiFi was not stable - I could not work with my PC (and I was relying on this based on other's feedback), acceptable for mobile and tablet; Most likely temporary observation: .. As due to works on the pipes, water had to be boiled before consuming, the coffee-machine could not be used, but the only employee was preparing the coffee/water.. One day I was waiting 10 minutes in the breakfast room until someone came to boil water.

Very friendly stuff; perfectly located between World Forum and seaside; Quiet location; 2 minutes to the next tram stop

The room provided was on 1st floor and very steep steps without any elevator. Also the breakfast was horrible without any much choice. The shower was not at all perfect. Not at all a good hotel. The kettle was fully rusted and full of iron flakes.

The staff was very nice and helpful, showed me how to get to the Centre, recommended good places to eat. The breakfast was very nice, good coffee and croissants. The room for one was pretty small, but for a bussiness trip ideal - clean, easy reachable free wifi. The position of the hotel is near the seashore and only around 15-20 min by tram to the city centre.

Stairs are very very steep and short, hard to climb with bags. Room was on the smaller size. Everything was a bit too dark.

My only suggestion for improvement is for front desk to welcome guest (how are you, how was your trip, can we help with anything) than to leave impression that their main concern is that you pay and for them not to lose any money. That is a kind cold shower. Otherwise, thumb up.

This is actually good value for money, hotel is near tram stations and those lines lead you directly to heart of the city, also, you can easily reach the beach from there also by tram and near the hotel there are nice restaurants. Bed is really cozy, everything is very clean and quiet so you can rest and sleep with no noise. I arrived after check in time and my room wasn't ready so as a compliment hotel offered free drinks to my room. It was funny when I asked if instead of beer, coke and water I can have glass of wine and the lady at the desk said that that is not an option because it would be their loss. I still can't understand how 1 glass of wine is more than 3 bottle drinks. Breakfast is full and you certainly won't be disappointed.

The location is a most valuable thing. You can park your car for free on street. The district is quite, so no worries. Meanwhile, stop of tram to center and tram to beach area in a walking distance from hotel. Thus, this option is great for tourist with car. The breakfast is good and sufficient. You can store your own meals in refrigerator in your room, make coffee and tea, but you can't cook in a room. Wi-Fi connection, shower/ toilet's facilities are good. Ladies from reception provides you with all requested information.

Street parking was advertised as free parking. This may be legally correct, however I found it somewhat misleading. A friend who lives in this neighborhood told us the free street parking will end soon in this part of the city.

The stairs are an issue, especially with heavy luggage, besides, being a bit dark as well, the carpet being dark did not help, a potential risk as well as a liability for first impression. Room doors need double locking options.

Excellent location, pleasant and clean facilities with no unpleasant smells or sights. The receptionist welcomed us warmly, and offered readily very professional receipts for my lodging (as Sheraton and Marriott do) even before I asked for one. She offered assistance as a competent concierge instantly - what to see, where to eat, etc. Most other facilities I booked through Booking.com have refused to give receipts or maps even when I asked for them. I want to return to the place. I hope that Booking.,com does better job in screening the places with falsified ads.

We could hear the opening and closing of the automated door below us to the Reception, noticeable but not too annoying. No deadlocks on the room doors.

I liked the feel of this property - friendly and personal. Our room was spacious and included a kitchenette, which was a pleasant surprise! Breakfasts were good and the eating area was well managed. Location was good for us, because we wanted to spend time on the coast and in The Hague. It was also close to the tram line. I thought this property was great value for money.

The hotel room was too warm for my liking, without a good way to have it cool down. Admittedly, it was hot weather I stayed there, but I had the impression that it would have been warm otherwise as well (the day I arrived the room was already hot whereas it wasn't really hot yet outside).
