Great location with friendly staff in a leafy upmarket suburb of the city, close to parks, bicycle friendly, with bikes to hire and lots of great cycle routes to enjoy the beautiful countryside and forest further up the hill. I didn't eat breakfast but the buffet looked excellent and the dining room is bright and airy and well laid out A nice place and convenient to the city with public transport. There's a great pastry shop nearby that's worth a stroll.

Nothing that serious that I came across or experienced during my stay at the Hotel. Although I'd say something should be done during the meals served during breakfast. Like more variety of meals.

Room was good size - even though we booked a small one for economy - but lighting wasn't very good as lights above bed or the large table light did not work. The room was very hot with an exceptional view of kitchen extractor fan. We could also see into rooms across the roof so presumably they could see into ours!

Excellent location in quiet area. Very near to the Het Loo Palace and not far from city centre. Very good meal in restaurant and exceptional choice of breakfast products.

Big structure on roomceiling hiding airco and providing main light: a bit intimidating. Soapdispenser tended to turn and the pumping mechanism got stuck. Every hotel rooms problem of a hairdryer where one has to hold down a button to make it function and that makes styling very difficult. We had maincourse Christmas dinner, as we had a full Christmas dinner the day before, and it wasn’t served with any vegetable while chrging a lot of money.

Good water pressure of the shower. Good breakfast buffet.

Beyond the mere appearance of a hotel, this place including its staff exudes a "see if I care"-mentality. The WiFi wasn't working in the room ("but it works on our mobile phones!" - excellent, but I cannot do *my* job on those), and I was offered *cabled* internet in a cold and depressingly lit room. The room itself (the one where I couldn't work) was layout weirdly, with the bathroom having no door. The restaurant's staff's attention seems to be exceptionally hard to grab, even for Dutch standards.

If you want to head into the town, it is either a 30 minutes walk (15 minutes by bicycle) or a taxi ride.

This hotel is not overly fancy, but has nice rooms, friendly staff and quite a decent restaurant. It is situated just outside of Apeldoorn next to the woods and is quite peaceful. There is a bus stop right in front of it, with busses traveling to the train station every 30 minutes or so. There is ample parking and it is free.

There was not anything to dislike.

The bed was very comfortable, the family room a good size and the staff very friendly and approachable. Breakfast buffet was super with lots of choice for adults and children. The car park was spacious, free and on the site of the hotel. The evening meal was lovely with a child menu. We ate in the conservatory with pleasant back ground music. Coffee machine in the room and a TV. Free WIFI essential for all. I would use this hotel again, or the Fletcher group hotels.

One of the rooms (no 112) was awful. It was only a box room, located next to the main air conditioning motor, which was just outside the window. The noise throughout the night was terrible. We had two double rooms, both very not very clean, the bathrooms were poorly equipped. The paper toothbrush cubs were not sealed. There was dust on the bedside lampshades, inside the cupboards. All in all a terrible experience. We could not sleep because of the constant noise level. The reception staff was very unfriendly.

The rooms look like they were last updated in the 70's at best. The main reason I stay at at hotel in the area is for a good night's sleep, but this was certainly not the case. The twin beds are more narrow than a child's bed and I am far from large (my army bed was larger). The carpet looks like it was chosen specifically to hide dirt/stains and I felt uncomfortable walking barefoot on it. Lights, switches and electrical sockets are dated and carelessly fixed to the walls, while decor is also in serious need of an upgrade. Definitely way too expensive for what is on offer; especially considering other hotels in the area.

Property is conveniently located in a quiet neighbourhood. Staff are welcoming and friendly.

Crappy hard beds. Poor bedding. Worn out facility. Tiny ridiculous televisions.

The roof did not leak, and the hotel did not burn down and kill me.
