    Alles

The carpets on entry, restaurant/bar were disgusting and very dirty with large stains noticeably everywhere. We struggled with our luggage climbing the 45 degree stairway with the manager on looking without offering any assistance. Now the best part! At 1:30am someone rang the hotel’s doorbell and woke most of the guest. Why would you have doorbell system that wakes all guests? This hotel is reminiscent of Faulty Towers, with a high score for arrogance displayed by management. The facilities would certainly be in place at the Open Lucht Museum in Apeldoorn which’s displays the old Dutch traditional look. This hotel certainly lives up to its name “Bad”Hotel Noordwijk.

Entrance arey of hotel is very narrow, dark and old. halls have very old and dirty looking carpets. Rooms smell like old furniture and interior, rooms haven't been renovated in what seems decades. What looks like a vintage-chic room on the pictures online are just snapshots of really old rooms which urgently need a do-over

Outdoor seating area of the restaurant for breakfast was really nice. new flooring in rooms

The bed was a little soft for our taste, but it was still comfortable. There was nothing to dislike.

The breakfast had an excellent selection. Free parking was also a bonus. The head waiter was particularly kind to offer suggestions of places to go on King's Day, as did his associate who even copied the Kings Day schedule for us for local activities. The hotel is a short drive to the beach area.

There were no plugs for electric equipment, no place to charge, not even a plug for the hairdryer in the bathroom or table where to put and use the water boiler. Too small table beside the table.

Nice to easily to get the bike for hire from the hotel. Nice staff.

it is a small, quite and nice hotel. very cheap. Do not expect nothing extraordinary, but for this price it is really excellent. it is clean, the toilet is OK, and the breakfast is better than hotels of smilar (or even higher) prices. also the restaurant is good.

Reception staff on arrival were not exactly enthusiastic. Also didn't seem to speak German, and all other guests at the hotel were German. Dutch seaside hotels ought to have German speaking staff. Room was not cleaned properly, some kind of sticky goo was all over desk and information folder.

Nice location in centre of Noordwijk aan Zee, close to the beach. Cosy oldfashioned bar. Private bathroom. Wifi.

Everything was old and tatty!! The Carpets need renewing! The Rooms are old and you can here everything through the thin walls. At 23.00 is the Hotel bar closed and the Staff leave the Hotel... I would not give it a 3 Star standard .

The Bed was comfortable and the Breakfast Buffet was very good. The Hotel lays in a side street and has a good position. Only Five minutes to the shops and 10 minutes to the sea.

The room decor was very tired, in both rooms we occupied. In one of the rooms the radio, alarm unit was ripped from the wall and was put in the wardrobe. One bedside unit was so much on an angle the light placed on it kept sliding off.

The staff were exellent, nothing was too much trouble, always friendly, always helpful.
