Bathroom and bed were not up to the value charged for it.

There were some cracks in the walls and the plaster chipped of at some places, but only in the hallways. I can’t recommend the scrambled eggs from breakfast.

The staff was friendly and managed to handle mistakes and misunderstandings quickly. The furnishings and design was high quality and nice to look at but getting old a bit - which is not a bad thing but i thought i’d mention it. Breakfast was nice and there was a good variety.

The bar closed already at 11pm during the weekend.

The location is perfect, less than 15 minutes away from everywhere I wanted to be. The rooms are a bit small, but very clean and the showers are great. Plenty of parking and they have lots of Tesla chargers and a few regular EV chargers. Breakfast was also great and the restaurant is open for lunch and dinner as well. The views are also really nice.

Our room had an extra bed put against the window wall, which made it feel more like a hostel, however the room was of a very nice size. Too expensive for what it was.

The staff was not friendly enough. And in the badroom didn't had a bathtub (nl. Badkuip). And I can't handle the coffee machine. And you have to pay for parking separatly.

Shower cabin is very slippery, dangerous. Water is dirty. Water did not go down in the sink. No fridge in the room. How comes this in a 4 star hotel?

We had a little issue with the flushing of the toilet. The staff were helpful, although they couldn't do much since it was late friday night and the hotel was full. They apologized and i managed to temporarily fix it. The location is somewhat okay. Everywhere you have to go, you have to go by car or a taxi.

The rooms are quite nice. The hotel has a restaurant in the lobby, but if you prefer something quick and cheap, there is a McD right next door.

Room 220 from 16th to 20th of January '23. In my opinion (I'm 100% sure) the cleaning Lady didn't clean shower, WC and washstand. When you find you hair and "other marks"...that means everything.

The Restaurant and the warm staff working there. The food is good, The service is fast and accurate. I had there 4 dinner of the 5 days which I spent in this hotel, I am very satisfied.

Our twin bed room couldn't be accommodated because they overbooked, even though they said prior to arriving that they would be able to provide it for us. The air conditioning was also broken which was not ideal for some of the hottest days of the year. Along with this, their partnered taxi service was extremely slow to arriving to the hotel.

The bar & restaurant was really nice, and staff were very kind and went out of their way to bring us extra towels and sheets. 11am check out time is also very lenient. Bathrooms were also very nice for the price.
