The beds were not comfortable. The mattresses need to be replaced as they had no support on one side. Other than this the room was fine.

The soundproofing in the room is minimal, so you could hear noise in the hallway and adjacent rooms, but most activity faded by late evening and so was not a problem for sleeping.

The staff are friendly and helpful and the property is clean, especially the shared bathroom which was always immaculate. The room, though small and slightly worn, was comfortable. The neighborhood is pleasant and quiet, with some nice bars and eating options within a short walk, but still just a short tram ride from Amsterdam's attractions.

Super tiny room, no shelves to put your stuff on, only a small closet. The radiator was extremely hot with no chance to lower the heat so we had to keep the window open while sleeping next to it with negative temperatures outside. Really tiny shower and toilet.

The staff/manager/owner changed my room for a room that has no private bathroom and is smaller in size an quality an the price stayed the same, on arrival he offered me a room with private bathroom but wouldnt give us it as it was a double bed an he said many times he doesnt want us in the same bed :/ ( which made us feel awkward ) then offered to upgrade for a private bathroom an 3 single beds for a small fee (€40)(which was in my original purchase i payed for but smaller in room size) then after questioning him about it he said he would give us the upgrade for free even thou that updrade on the room was still under what i had payed for.. i honestly believe he upgraded somone elses room an gave them ours for a "small fee" (€40) like he tryed with us. Because we didnt check in till about 4pm... so he has definitly been reselling/upgrading rooms.Also second day there i came downstairs in the morning for a coffee and there was a local gang in the lobby no idea what they where doing there all talkin to owner lounging about in reception. Totally unprofessional and quiet intimidating for others to be honestly.. last day handed key cards back into reception...didnt even get a thank you or anything just a disgusted look.

Good value for money, the staff very friendly. I was initially bit worried about the shared bathroom and toilet but finally it’s all fine, clean and always available whenever I needed it. location is ok, but far from the metro station (11min walking) but convenient with buses (6min walking).

rooms bigger, beds especially. Could have had a table and a chair. A bit expensive, but all accomodations in Amsterdam felt expensive this time around, dont know if this was something new related to the world wide inflation or not.

Really nice and helpful staff. It was great that we could have access to a kitchen to keep down over livingcosts. Also close to tram and intercity railway station.

The room was literally the size of the bed. As a reminder, we paid over 160 euros for the room. I had chosen this hotel because it was indicated that it had a parking lot, which is false. So we had to pay 80 euros more for parking.
