Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The hand wash basin was not so deep so easy to be splashed with water, especially at high pressure. Just overhead shower, no hand shower - little difficult when you do not want to wash your hair. The hand towels were in the closet and not in the bathroom, just the body towels were on the shelf in the badroom. Very dusty - A lot if dust in the curtains or/AC, we could see the dust flying in the air in the sunlight and on some objects.
Very big room, a little round table, two chairs and a soffa. A little bar/fridge in a closet. Good size bathroom separated with a glass wall from the main room provided with a curtain for eventual privacy. Sound proof. AC in the room. When it is warm it feels like a greenhouse in the hotel. Free parking.

This time money was taken from my card on Booking.com even though this is a pay on arrival hotel. I got a card refund but had to wait for it and lost 46p on the fluctuating exchange rate. Hotel said this was Booking.com new policy. So not impressed with that.
2nd stay at this hotel. One of the best in the Fletcher chain. Nice outside bar area. Clean comfy room. Indoor swimming pool.

We had two connecting rooms (‘family room’) - the fridge in one stank and couldn’t be used, the other room didn’t have a fridge at all. Other than that, everything else was excellent
Great location for an overnight stop as near the motorway, but not affected greatly by the noise, feels very rural surrounded by trees.

Nothing. All good.
Great hotel. One of the best of the Fletcher chain. Nice quiet location. Easy to get to off the motorway by car. Clean comfortable room. With coffee maker and excellent shower. Swimming pool was great too. Bar open late and the most helpful night staff.

The fact that I had travelled from a hotel in the Black Forest where I paid on departure to this hotel 450 km away where I was required to pay on arrival - thus making two substantial hotel payments far apart raised a red flag to my Bank which was soon resolved but it would have been useful to know in advance that prepayment would be required
Ideal location for walking and cycling in the countryside but also ideally located for the motorway network and easy access to Eindhoven. Room was beautifully clean and well appointed. Good range of breakfast options and a good restaurant for lunch or dinner if required. Staff helpful and friendly

Tv might be smart one. Netflix or other platforms must be on tv
Everything was good. Especially room and pool were very clean. We liked the restaurant also. Restaurant was full, do not forget to make a reservation.

Room lighting was iweirdly dim - wholly inadequate. I obviously got a good deal for the days I stayed. When I checked again for another trip, the price was much higher. At those prices, not worth it IMO.
Spacious room and large comfortable bed. Very nice gym and swimming pool. Easy access to highway and close to Eindhoven. Ample on site parking. Nice restaurant on premises. Value for money depending on price point.

Rooms are tired looking especially round then beds and could do with a refurb. Breakfast is good but could be more hot choice and cereal choice (porridge for and example). Could be china mugs in room Not paper disposable ones

The bed sheets weren't fitted and I woke up with half the sheet off the bed. The bed was too soft. I prefer a firm mattress for my back.
The coffee available in the room was very good. The room was clean. The air-conditioning was really needed and worked well. The pool was great!

The sink in the bathroom is very impractical, it splatters a lot and it cannot hold water inside
The location in the woods is very scenic. The room was comfortable with good amenities and the breakfast was high quality

There was noone at the reception to check us in when we arrived. Waited 10mins and then had to go to the restaurant to ask someone at the bar to get someone for us. Whilst the waiting staff at the restaurant was very friendly the table wasn't cleaned quick enough.. we sat with loads of empty bottles and glass for couple of hours.. not a big issue but looked bit messy..
Food in the restaurant very tasty, the waiting staff ever soo helpful and friendly with a big smile on their faces !
