The address and the pin (google maps) are confusing. The hotel entrance is actually around the corner! The lighting in the room is rather low.

As it’s an older building, the room is a little outdated and the furniture isn’t the most beautiful for the type of room.

The penthouse room was super large and with an amazing view over the town centre and forest. Really large and comfy bed.

we stay at Figi regularly, because of family circumstances. this time our room coffeemaking facilities were out of order. Pity the coffee I bought in the restaurant wasn't offered to us 'on the house'..

Fantastic room, a real treat for us as not our usual type of traveling accommodation. Complimentary tea/coffee & kettle meant we could enjoy the morning views on the balcony with a wake up coffee! Huge bed & so comfortable with plenty of space to move around. Amazing views & very little noise from the street outside, plus close to public transport. They plant a tree or two if you skip room service - that's a small but important consideration that made us happy. Professional & friendly staff, helpful & kind. Thank you for treating us so well!

Very noisy at night. Bar around the corner, patio below and centre of town location all contributed. The hotel promises smoke-free inside and out but this was not the case. Could not sit on the outside patio in the afternoon and evening because of the amount of smoke from other customers. Very disappointing in this day and age. Staff were only ok. Could have been more friendly and helpful.

My room didn't have air conditioning and I found it hard to sleep because it was so warm. I requested an electric fan at reception but it wasn't delivered. With climate change it is imperative that the hotel management address this problem. I was surprised that the fridge had been removed from each room as a climate change measure, yet one could be provided for 10 euros per day.

Great location and staff were very helpful. I hired a bicycle from the hotel on a couple of occasions and was very impressed with the quality and maintenance of the bikes.

I had to pay instantly for the breakfast??? Was not possible to put it on the room??? Never had that with any respectable hotel before (and I stayed in many many hotels). For this I subtracted one point in my overall score.

Long walks. It is easy to get lost.

Excellent breakfast buffet. I liked the table in the room which was positioned in a way that we could both sit comfortably. Do realize it can by quite the walk to get to breakfast or the reception. Swimming pool and sauna were clean and comfotable.

No fridge in room, because being green it was said. Fridge can be turned off if not used. External lights can be set on timer to turn off at nighttime. But no short toilet flush, no reduced flow showerhead. Disappointed diner menu on Kingsday, sate was nice.

The bed placement with the feet facing the windows. The double bed topper sank in the middle of the double bed, which can lead to an uncomfortable experience. Furthermore, the chair for the desk could not be pulled out nicely.

The hotel room was nice and spacious, not much noise from the outside corridors. The balcony had a good view and the ambience was cozy.
