The ground floor rooms facing the river are great, those facing the street are not. At low tide you face the wall, at high tide your window goes directly onto the sidewalk. I ended up having my curtains closed for the entire stay because I felt like an animal in the zoo, on display for any passers-by. The rooms were really cold on arrival and it took more than a day of heating to get them to a comfortable temperature. As the bathroom doesn't have a radiator or AC, I had to leave the door open day and night so that the room's heating would also heat the bathroom. I didn't do that at first and had a freezing bathroom in the morning...

What we liked most of all was the restaurant - such a beautiful and comfortable area to spend the evening! We didn't have dinner there but it was the perfect place to relax after a long day. The staff, particularly in the restaurant, was so nice and the breakfast was okay.

Great location, super close to very interesting things within walking distance. The room was clean, the shower was hot and with great pressure. The room has its own AC that allows you to control the temperature. There's a Jumbo across the street.

A deposit on arrival is a problem I have with any hotel, I completely understand it but it would be nice to be made aware of it beforehand by Booking.com. Rooms are spotlessly clean but with no big lamp it's a bit awkward having to turn all spot lamps off at once. A solid place to keep clothes as the small table (although cool) isn't fit for that purpose. Bathroom was a touch tight but I don't find this that much of an issue. The shower regularly spilt out on to bathroom floor when in use, which I understand is difficult for the hotel but it meant using up towels very fast to clear up mess and with said deposit in the back of my mind it wasn't something id prefer to have left. Being on the river side means you'll have boats going past or docked up beside your room. One of which had a generator going most nights, it didnt affect my sleep but worth bringing earplugs in case.

Great location on the river and very close to 3 attractions in Markhtal, Cube House & Oudehaven as well as central to most other transport and locations. Room was clean and staff were all perfect to deal with and be around and of course the river quirk is very cool.

Very quirky. Really friendly staff. The bar lounge is very nice and the bar staff are very good. We didn’t have breakfast as we were having late nights. We would stay again

We didn't have much tea and coffee in the room, we would prefer milk over creamer and just some saucers would have been useful. We did get some extra tea from the reception, no problem, but it was like ours wasn't filled up. That is literally our only complaint!

Location was fantastic, this was the second stay we have had here and it was just as good second time around. Staff were super helpful and friendly at reception and the bar. Bed was comfortable and the room was spacious and simply designed. Bathroom was clean and had a good shower pressure and plenty of hot water. Terrace is gorgeous, we had the end room looking out towards the maritime museum, particularly beautiful at night. Supermarket just over the way, and walkable to all big attractions in the area. We didn't have breakfast as we wanted to explore options nearby.

Bathroom was very cold. Unfortunately our room was not at river side. It could be better to fix it during the reservation.

Location is perfect. It is a real floating hotel. You are going sleep and waking up in different water levels. Breakfast menu is more than enough.

Very nice room with river view. Hotel is walking distance from city center and bar district. The staff was very friendly, helpful and attentative and made our stay great.

Breakfast limited and expensive... I was told I could have a courtesy drink at the bar, I had a beer. When I checked out I had to pay for the beer as beer wasn't included. I definitely wasn't told that. Very weird.

It is a short walk from station Blakk. Breakfast was good. The room was one of the upper rooms, so had direct access to the outside.(if you are concerned about security; then I would ask for an inside room). There was a small heater to heat the room which worked well to heat the space.
