We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It’s a lovely clean hotel, with great facilities, spa is lovely, like new, there’s a lounge with free tea and coffee. All staff very helpful. Breakfast & evening meals we had there were all very good. Beds are soooo comfy, (I’m a terrible sleeper so this is is a positive for me!) room lovely a spacious and clean

I required parking which is difficult in the Netherlands while being close to the facility; this has great parking. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and had all the things expected. The breakfast was incredible. They had many selections to choose from and their coffee machines were very good. Seating was ample and of course the staff friendly and helpful. The location is a 1.7km walk to the town center which I did going into town; a quick two bus stop ride coming back at 1.65 euro per person. Very easy to get in and out of the city. Overall a wonderful stay.

South AfricaThe prices of the bottled water in the machines in the foyer were out of kilter.
What a fantastic hotel - specially the very professional staff. We arrived at about 2am and were greeted by a very friendly man - well done. Room was great, bathroom was excellent and the breakfast was extra special - well done. Close to the 300 bus route which means one can arrive at Schiphol and then travel really easily right to the hotel using a local bus. Solves lots of little problems and taxi costs. The same bus takes one to the old town square - brilliant.

Beautiful hotel. We had an atrium room which was well equipped, yet with very little natural light. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is good and exceeds expectations. Free parking!
