It’s a lovely clean hotel, with great facilities, spa is lovely, like new, there’s a lounge with free tea and coffee. All staff very helpful. Breakfast & evening meals we had there were all very good. Beds are soooo comfy, (I’m a terrible sleeper so this is is a positive for me!) room lovely a spacious and clean

Getting correct invoice took several tries and lasted a bit longer than anticipated - better ask for it in advance.

It was very comfortable and the staff was friendly and flexible to adjust my booking upon arrival.

Just one thing: The Reception is only accessible by escalators, which is quite a challenge with some more luggage.

Very friendly stuff and cleaning ladies are efficient. Very roomy and details considered for customers. Parking is free for customers. Breakfast covers everything you need. Free coffee and tea corner in the lobby is a great idea. Location is peaceful easy to walk to center.

It was on the high side regarding pricing but based on other properties with parking and breakfast probably normal.

I required parking which is difficult in the Netherlands while being close to the facility; this has great parking. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and had all the things expected. The breakfast was incredible. They had many selections to choose from and their coffee machines were very good. Seating was ample and of course the staff friendly and helpful. The location is a 1.7km walk to the town center which I did going into town; a quick two bus stop ride coming back at 1.65 euro per person. Very easy to get in and out of the city. Overall a wonderful stay.

The prices of the bottled water in the machines in the foyer were out of kilter.

What a fantastic hotel - specially the very professional staff. We arrived at about 2am and were greeted by a very friendly man - well done. Room was great, bathroom was excellent and the breakfast was extra special - well done. Close to the 300 bus route which means one can arrive at Schiphol and then travel really easily right to the hotel using a local bus. Solves lots of little problems and taxi costs. The same bus takes one to the old town square - brilliant.

A little far out of Harlem but the bus is easy to use.

The family room was perfect. The bunk beds with tvs and spa which kids could use was great. Brilliant for families.

The hotel is some distance from the city centre (30mins walk?) and there aren't any bars/restaurants nearby. There is an Albert Heijn supermarket 5mins walk.

Large, modern, well appointed hotel. Very comfortable room. Large free car park. Excellent restaurant (only used it for evening meal). Excellent, attentive staff throughout.

Clean and Spacious rooms, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast with lots of options. Hotel is in close proximity to the bus stop which connects to Centrum and train station. Guest lounge is unique with 24 hours access to coffee machine.

The towels very small and worn. They should have been tossed a while ago! The maitre d’ was not very friendly and should be looking for a job outside the hospitality business!

Beautiful hotel. We had an atrium room which was well equipped, yet with very little natural light. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is good and exceeds expectations. Free parking!
