The hairdryer was broken and if you look closely it is not the cleanest. The bed was also pretty hard, though I did not like it my friend did!

The location is near ziggo dome, which was nice after the concert as it was not a far walk. Staff was friendly and answered all my questions as well as complying with my requests. I also felt very safe during my safe.

The hotel is very popular, so breakfast gets very busy in the morning.

Even thought the hotel is situated about 15 minutes by train from central Amsterdam, the location was great. It is easy to access by train and not so busy as in the main city. It also has all the necessary amenities, rooms are spacious, staff is friendly and helpful (especially Esther) and the breakfast had a good variety to choose from.

Bathroom a bit cold, no heating, otherwise comfortable. The area is next to train station so at one night ppl screaming & police. I left my mini shampoos there but they said they didnt find them the next day seemed funny to me. Like i clearly didnt go out on town with shampoos, so only place they couldve been were there.

Amazing location for concert at ziggo dome. Very easy to get to city too with metro as its right next to train station and easy to use. Huge supermarket near too can buy everything. Rooms nice and very comfortable with amazing views from floor to ceiling windows. Breakfast good too. Bed comfortable.

WiFi was down for a day and it was challenging to keep the kids busy without WiFi on their Gadgets.

Location is great, next to the train station, couple of restaurants nearby, Dominos, Turkish Halal food, and Pakistani food available on walking distance, if you have kids or teenage then there is a ARCADE next to the hotel. There is super market within the train station, Burger King and a coffee shop. train station has Metro and over ground, Amsterdam Central is just 10 mins journey.

Gym was limited but the equipment was new. Sadly when the cleaners started cleaning room above mine it was loud and awoke me. Need to take my ear plugs next time.

Breakfast time was quite chaotic, but we went on a weekend where SAIL and an Ajax match were on, so probably a bit busier than usual. It seemed like there was no order of queueing and everyone was just moving around all directions. But the food was great, and plenty of tables, so not too much of a problem.

Amazing location. I couldn't have chosen a better location. It was only €3 to get to the city centre when we needed to, which we did once to see the SAIL event, and the train station was literally outside the door of the hotel. In fact, we often watched trains from our hotel window. There were plenty of stores nearby for groceries or just any little things we needed, and also some clothes shops and a pharmacy. The food options were incredible - so many great places to choose from nearby within walking distance. The Italian and grill place next to the hotel was brilliant. We came with children and we weren't short of things to do. A short walk from Nelson Mandela Park which was so much fun - pack spare clothes though because they have a big water play area! There's also a games arcade right by the hotel and also a cinema. The beds were comfortable - even the sofa bed, the rooms spacious and that bathroom was well equipped. The hotels breakfast was incredible too, especially the scrambled eggs!

The bathroom door did not close properly, and there was no fresh air circulation as the windows could not be opened, but it was not a deal-breaker, it was manageable.

I loved the location, the breakfast, the staff, the room, the shower, pretty much everything about the accommodation. The fact that was only 10 minutes walk from Ziggo Dome, where I was supposed to go for a concert and only 2 minutes from the metro/train. I would definitely come back here whenever I travel to Amsterdam!

No soundproofing whatsoever. We heard everything next door and upstairs. We had to complain because I understand we might hear some noise in a hotel but there was shouting and banging happening in the early hours for more than.one night. The staff were understanding though and ensured the situation was resolved.

Location was excellent. Easy to access the city and airport but quieter than staying in the city. Good breakfast and helpful staff.

I made my reservation on early April. But when I arrived late night (already left my luggage before and went out til checkin). Then staff told me that there is no more room for me. They told me that day was over booked because of system error. But I made reservation 4month before, and I choose here because of the location then I had to left... I would have appreciate if they choose the guest with reservation date. Staff was nice but I hope they change the system.

There are a few small things to keep an eye on—for example, the door frames had quite a bit of dust. Just something to be aware of.

The hotel is well located—just a short walk, probably no more than three minutes, to the train and metro station. We arrived early and were able to leave our luggage before getting access to our rooms. What I really appreciated was that the person who helped us recognized us from last year. I think small gestures like that truly make you feel at home. It gives you a different feeling—like you’re genuinely welcome. The breakfast was decent, with a fair selection of items, though nothing particularly stood out.

Izabela at the Reception was very nice and helpful. All personnel very polite. Breakfast - although there were many people - was very good organized with enough food and drinks. Very clean rooms and all facilities. Easy access from/to the airport and city center, close to Ziggo Dome - we were attending a concert there, nice restaurants in the area.

We booked 2 rooms for the family. One of our rooms had a connecting door to another guest's room. They could have given us the adjacent room instead, but for some reason, they didn't. During the night, we could hear other guests in the corridor and their own rooms. Would have been good to have a mini fridge in the room. Just a thought, but there were many guests attending the Stray Kids concert. The hotel could have had a nice sign in the reception to welcome the fans or something else. Missed opportunity, I would say.

The location was great since we were there for a concert. Breakfast was really good too and the double rooms were very spacious.
