The capsule is really small and has little storage place. Also the pillows were not really comfortable.

It is really close to the city center of Amsterdam and with public transportation you can get anywhere. The cleanliness of the capsule was okay, there was a small stain on our sheet, but overall it was fine.

It is located quite out of the way of most things, near to museumplein and vondelpark but otherwise a fair walk to other sites. If you want to get anywhere it would be necessary to use trams and the nearest metro station is about a 25 minutes walk.

The bed was comfortable and it felt a good environment to be in. Everything was clean and all of the facilities were good. For a capsule hotel it was also decently sized inside the capsule, and there is breakfast facilities and a place for bags too.

It was my first experienc in a capsule hotel, and it as quite a good one. The bed was comfortable and it was silent, so I could relax for those two nights, that I spent there.

Might find it hard to rest since capsule is not sound proof. No lift, but they can storage your heavy luggage at reception (there's a fee if you want to storage after check out), so if you pack what you need in your hand bag from beforehand you'll be fine.

Excellent for short stay. Clean, well illuminated, good price-experience relation, close to museums and transport stations; capsule had bed sheets, towels and robes. Shared bathrooms and showers with washing utilities. Super amicable staff.

Nothing in particular, but if we had to mention one thing than it would be that you can hear people come and go.

I can recommended this place, don't expect a luxury hotel room, but it's a comfortable place to stay for a short term stay in Amsterdam. Staff is really friendly, location of the place is close to various sight-seeing spots and it's a new experience to sleep over in a Bedstee :)

The stairs into the capsule were a bit laborious. It was very loud in the morning when they came to clean and I don't think it was necessary to knock on every door to ask for new towels. I mean reception is there 24 hours a day, as a guest you can ask.

The breakfast was expensive for what it was, especially considering you have to walk a short distance to a different hotel (not ideal in the winter). Doors to the capsule are very loud to open/close.

Breakfast was nice but a small bit overpriced in my opinion. Perhaps I am a bit out of touch with the rising prices in Europe though...

The staff were very nice and helpful. Maza was particularly kind and gave me great advice on how to tour the city by food. She was also very welcoming during check-in. The room was cozy. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was very cold, and the staff opened my capsule while I was away - just to clean up and leave fresh towels, but I was not informed of that, and it made me a little uncomfortable.

The staff was very helpful, the location was perfect, and they cleaned up the place every day, which was great. People who go there are very quiet and respectful, which helped me have good nights of sleep. Also, you can use the common area to eat your own food, and there are some games you can play. You will have a pleasant stay if you're into camping, but if you're expecting a hostel experience to get to know other travelers, that is not the vibe you're gonna get.

We stayed on the first floor where there was no space to store our luggage, that was quite inconvenient. Also, if you’re a light sleeper you might easily wake up and it’s also an adventure to get down the ladder in case you’re in the upper capsule. If you’re physically restricted in any way, it may be difficult to get in and out. The showers are clean, but bringing slippers is recommended. It would have been nice if they provided the option to buy/rent slippers or just provided them for guests.

The location was great and the capsule room was cute and cosy. The breakfast was delicious.

You have to duck down to get into your cubicle/room. I knew what I was getting into, but the cubicles in Rotterdam were much better because they offered room to stand up. It's good to have a small, convenient room, but after you're there, you'll wish you could stand up in your room.

The location was a 45 minute walk from the train station, but it was in a good location for museums, restaurants and bars. The personnel were polite and helpful. There's a nice bar area adjacent to the lobby with draft beer available. The toilet and shower area were clean and mere steps away from my room.

The toilets were on the second floor, it was inconvenient. The capsule is a surprisingly peculiar dwelling, you need to get used to it: very little space, the inability to stand tall.

Amazing staff: I was given a free double room, thank you very much! The staff makes amazing coffee! Good location of the hotel.
