    Just the location.

    There was no simple facilities, no slippers, no robe…no water??!!! Even 3-stars hotels have water in rooms. So we needed to go outside and buy it by ourselves.

    Large rooms, lovely bar and decent breakfast.

    It’s a bit far from the train station, did take awhile to check in - long lines and not many check in staff.

    Very good location and next to an excellent underground parking. Room is spacious.

    Room decoration is outdated, bed was not comfortable and the pillows very bad. Overall good stay because of the location but in terms of comfort not very pleased although the room was big.

    Fantastic staff and breakfast, comfortable bed and a quiet room. Great atmosphere altogether. Little shopping corner with basic amenities (snacks, drinks, toiletries etc.).

    Clean.

    Besides the name, I think it is not 5 star hotel and they need to invest in new furnitures. Breakfast was very good, but some of the employes were running up and down and it gave a feeling that you also need to rush. They did not have baby high chairs, even very normal restaurant has them let alone 5 star hotel. And for the price, they should include also parking.

Unfortunately, Hilton does not have his own parking garage, therefore we are not able to include it in the price. The garage next to the hotel is a public garage from Q- Park.     It was close to City Center.

    First we got checked in into a wrong room we hadn’t booked. In our new room, one of the shower heads was broken. The worst thing however, happened after our check-out, when they took unauthorized money from my credit card. When I called the hotel directly, they weren’t of much help and weren’t really friendly. After I complained by message I didn’t get any response, but after I left my review they responded rather quickly. I was told the money will be send back to me and it might take a few days, I’m still waiting nearly a week later. I can’t recommend this place at all. Not worth any star.

    -maybe just a curiosity, there are several light switches in the room that do not control anything .could be nice to switch the gen light from the bed since the switch is existing

    Breakfast was excellent, great omelette, coffee very good. Spacious comfortable room, lovely bathroom, especially the shower.

    Front-desk staff were all polite, but only one smiled and was a little warm/friendly.

    The location and breakfast are great.

    We didn't get the adjustment rooms as requested (we have small kids and this was critical)

    Receptionist are not fully aware how to use the system, we delayed during check in because the card access was not working and no one help us carried our bags and also during check out one of the staff calculated wrong value for the city tax To fixed this is taking long time from the one who was in duty and then she call the supervisor and also cant fixed As we delayed for our flight we decided to leave. And later one the detected from my account and refunded again

    The room was super nice and comfortable

    The 50€ security deposit like for what and then getting it back only 3 business days later was just not so nice and as of now I still don’t have it on my card - also no free water in the room which should be basic wasn’t in the room - shaving kid and tooth brush kid should Be there as standard - had to ask for It - of course they kindly brought it immediately which was nice

    Room was comfortable, bathroom was clean, food at the restaurant was fantastic.

    Room cleaning wasn't thorough. Sewer feedback smell in the elevators and corridors sometimes. Too few hands at the front desk leading to slow service sometimes.
