Would have liked tea / coffee making facilities in room (as is standard in most countries now). We had breakfast on first day but this was poor value (e.g. no fruit) with limited choice (not buffet). Did not have this on 2nd day.

Location in centre of Baarle (almost on NL / B border) was just right. Could park near hotel for 2 hours to unload. Room was up to date. Bed comfortable. Had dinner in restaurant and the food was excellent.

Breakfast !!!! a lot of money for a boiled egg and some mini pastries ham and cheese (not for me) expected better.

Room was very good and updated, clean and comfortable, evening meal was excellent.

They have renovated the property but it is still a little basic

Breakfast was very good and at a reasonable price. There is an on-site restaurant which is cosy. We only had drinks but the food looked really good

The hotel is in the main street, which makes it slightly noisy. The room was noisy because the trucks were passing by almost every five minutes. It's something the guests need to get used to, however.

It was a perfect stopover point before entering Belgium. The location was ideal - right in the center of the town (where you can take millions of photos of the border). The room was quite clean and comfy, although it was slightly basic. I enjoyed the stay - would come back!

Room size was pretty small but I'm not saying I don't like it. It was ok for me as I was travelling solo.

    1. Location is not hard to find, just a short walk from Saint-Janstraat bus stop, if not sure ask around, people are more than willing to help. 2. Really comfy and soft beds, loved it. 3. Restaurant just below the hotel, reasonably priced (the club sandwich was HUGE was 12Euros!) 4. While dining, sit by the border and take a picture. 5. It's just a fascinating little town which is worth exploring.
