We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe property is big and very populated, however the cleaning isn’t very great. I would say 7/10 cleaning. It definitely needs improving in the toilets for the rooms, pool area and saunas (5/10 cleaning in sauna).
The property is amazing. It’s spacious and all staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. It’s got a lovely lounge where you can have cakes coffees / drinks (cakes are 10/10). The rooms are very nice too. The restaurant is lovely, but in my opinion the variety of food isn’t that great. The spa is also very nice, however it seems that the jacuzzi was not working when we went. So we didn’t get to go in the jacuzzi. But the pool and saunas are very nice.

FranceI had a 2 night stay and asked for slippers, a bathrobe ( its a 4 star spa hotel..) and body lotion. They didn`t want to provide this unless I payed for it.. also there was no water at all to be found next to the saunas, it would have been amazing to have a water fountain there or some jugs with cups... no private showers down by the pool/gym... so you have to go back up to the room.. and no massage/ treatments available, which is what I thought there would be in a spa hotel.
This hotel is very big and quite beautiful, especially the surroundings - so much nature... frogs, bunnies, poneys, horses, cows, sheep - saw it all in just a 2 night stay ! Fairytale location ! The breakfast is amazing even if pricey (17 euros) but you will really enjoy it, very good quality food and large variety of milks and juices and fruit and snacks and cheese, everything ! The rooms are large !! I had quite a standard room and yet my bathroom had both shower and bathtub with jacuzzi. Very clean too and the reception / concierge staff were so kind, fast, and reactive, they helped with anything as much as they could ( lost item, taxi order, money exchange, local advice etc ). Loved it !

AustriaThe sauna area is not at standard. The designer and manager responsible for the facility for sure are not sauna enthusiasts, otherwise they would not create such a meagre piece of sauna. With a little effort and proper use of the space available this hotel could create a perfect sauna and steam room experience instead of just a "yes we have too" attitude. Additionally, I would like to mention, that the carpet floors should be replaced, your place is better than these worn out ... Over all, we stayed at other VALK hotels for breakfast, we loved it!
Very large hotel, with lots of things to do. Great pool! We were at the restaurant, food was excellent, and the staff was also great! Can recommen!

Polandto find our hotel room it took us 15 minutes, because the hotel is so big you can get lost. there is no inside parking
The personnel in the hotel is very nice, rooms clean and spacious. Breakfast in the morning has a lot of variety everyone can find something for himself. there is a huge outside parking. Hotel restaurant is nice and food is great.
