It's an old building, so if you like or love brand new and shiny, you might be disappointed. It also means it's a bit noisy, so if your neighbours come home late, you'll hear them.

The B&B is on a quiet street just a stone's throw away from Arnhem central station, walking distance from the center and has a clean and safe parking garage for your car. It's a cosy older house, which shows it's age but is rather well maintained. Staff is really flexible and friendly and made us feel welcome.

Did not have anything that I would complain about.

This is a fantastic bed and breakfast across the street from the Arnhem train station. The host is available anytime, puts together and outstanding breakfast every morning and is a genuinely nice person who feels like a friend.

Slightly cold in the building but it was also freezing cold outside so it's probably not the standard.

Comfortable bed and clean, nice room. Good breakfast and very friendly owner; we had to check in late and he made it possible.

    Nothing.

The staff here is super friendly, my room was large and clean and comfortable. The beds are amazing and the location couldn't be more convenient if you travel by train.

Especially nothing. If you would like to eat a variety of breakfast, please don't expect too much. Breakfast starts from 8 o'clock, but the hotel owner kindly takes care if you leave earlier. If you use this hotel for the first time, you may be surprised that the front door is closed. Only the hotel owner and his girl friend take care of all rooms. The front door is opened with the key.

The hotel owner's character is excellent. He tries to be flexible according to the guest's (my) request.

Although it's an older building (normal for a B&B in the Netherlands), the rooms and bathrooms have been modernised somewhat.

Service with a smile: a very friendly welcome. And the beds are very comfortable. The location is excellent and only 1 minute walk from the station and 2 minutes from the town. Great breakfast selection and free high speed wifi included.

The parking is in an underground one street over and you had to take the remote to get in and out of the ramp. You then had to go back to the hotel to return the remote so others could use it. One heads up-- some of the streets around the area have been changed to one-way. If you're using a GPS it's going to attempt to take you up the street the wrong way. It would be good if the hotel added info about that in their website until the GPS maps get updated.

Arnhem was a very confusing and busy city and the host was so helpful in giving us info on how to get to the things we wanted to see. The room was clean and modern and had coffee making facilities. There is a lift so you don't have to carry your bags up 3 flights of stairs. The breakfast was an ample buffet of breads, meats, cheeses, fruits, yogurts and eggs. There are lots of restaurants just around the corner.

The rooms are furnished weirdly, beds are too short if you are longer than 1.75 m. Lights from the nearby busstation light up the rooms with even the curtains closed. And the breakfast is very shabby/minimal.

The hotel is quite close to both the center and the trainstation, which is nice.

    Nothing - faultless

Right by the station, just in a side street convenient for the town centre. Unbelievable value (£67) for bed and breakfast for 2 of us. The room had everything and very tastefully decorated. All very new or maintained as new. Bed sheets were the best, crisp and clean and very cosy. Extra pillows also in the room. Double shower and best quality toilet paper - little things that make a difference. Staff very friendly and allowed us to leave our bags in the room after checkout for us to sightsee. Brilliant restaurant just next door, again great value and so stylish. Think Drew Pritchard. Tremendous !!!!!

They said they had parking, but only 6 spots that where filled all the time. The Dutch police are aggressive at ticketing your car 24 /7. They must have drones watching. Leave your car for 5 Minutes and bang you got a ticket.
