You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe breakfast was overpriced and disappointing. Admittedly we along with many other people were wanting a late breakfast. We paid full price which was not cheap, and all there was was scrambled egg, a little on the cold side, and cold meats. No bacon. Very little variety. I asked a staff member about bacon and he said it would be coming. But it didn’t. If the full range is not being offered, then full price should not be charged. I get that the staff were getting things tidy for lunch, but that does not excuse the poor offerings for breakfast.
Have stayed here before. It’s a good location. Very comfortable beds, and generally clean. The shuttle service to and from the airport is pretty good as long as you are not in a rush.

United KingdomFront door was broken so went entered through a shabby side entrance. Shuttle bus was overcrowded. Staff were surly and pretty unhelpful. Room was dated, worn and shabby. Bathroom was a 'pod' in the corner. Breakfast was chaos - far too many people and too few staff. And it was pretty dear. God help the people who went to Ibis Budget

United States of AmericaThe hotel was fine. The rooms were kind of small. I asked for two beds, but they didn’t have them at the time I checked in. There was only one small trash can in the bathroom. There was no internet for the first 3 days of my stay. And when I checked in, because they had no internet, they wanted me and my friend, who had another room, to pay cash. After arguing for a while, they finally took our credit cards.
Since it was by airport, the shuttle was a good option. The included morning breakfast was nice as well.

South AfricaThe free shuttle service is a huge plus but the schedule is totally insufficient to match the number of people needing this service from the airport to the hotel. It was a very long wait in the cold and a total scramble for standing space every time.
We were impressed by the friendly reception and efficient checking in process. The bath in the bathroom was a huge welcome surprise. The breakfast was good though a bit pricy.

United Arab EmiratesThe indian guy in the reception, I think his name is Rau (not sure) was very rude and was not accommodating at all. I thought it was just me who noticed it, but my husband and my couple friends who stayed with us has observed the same thing. He was rude to us when we have just arrived the hotel, he made us feel that we are not welcome in the hotel when we first came. My husband and my friend was asking question but the way he answer them was really rude and very disrespectful. We were told to wait as we came earlier than the check-in time which was fine because we can wait in the lobby. We have asked if we can store our luggages in the store room, he agreed but he was rude to my husband and my friend when they went to the luggage store room. The way he was talking to them was disrespectful and was calling them in a rude way. We noticed that he was racist because when he was assisting the other guests he was okay and was really good to them all out smiling, but sadly not to us. I am guessing that he is happy to assist white people but was racist to asian. What a shame! I also saw him walking and checking around the people waiting in the lobby but the look was like bossing around. The other ladies receptionists are kind and was happy to welcome us except him. Customer service should be of highest standard specially in hotels. We are so disappointed with him.
Airport shuttle is very convenient, they have shuttle to and from airport from time to time. Location is good, lobby is very nice too. The bed side table lights in the room are not working so it was quite dark. We were trying to call reception using the room phone but nobody is responding, we tried several times and no response at all which is quite annoying as we need to go to reception by ourself if we need something.
