Extremely expensive!! No amenities. No soap, bathcloths, cleaned rooms late. Staff very reserved. Mattresses leaned to one side. Key didn’t work 3 times. No restaurant except breakfast. Bar closed everyday except Friday evening. Not worth the money.

I think for a four star hotel it would be nice to offer better coffee in the rooms like a nespresso machine. There was a machine in the lobby that was paid but that seems a bit much for how expensive the rooms are for guests. Also the gym area was pretty basic but it is a small space so I'm not sure what else they could add for that space. Overall I prefer the Inntel Amsterdam Landmark for the hotel itself, the spa and gym area are much nicer, but the Amsterdam Centre for the location.

The main thing for this hotel was the location, it was perfect for being able to walk around Amsterdam and see all the main areas. We had stayed in the other location of this hotel chain before, Inntel Amsterdam Landmark, and this Centre location is obviously much more central to everything which was a nice treat. It's a great hotel and the rooms are super comfy. We also like that it includes a small gym and sauna area to relax.

Breakfast could be improved my adding more vegetarian options in the menu. Rooms are bit smaller (especially for single occupancies).

Invest in some mugs or cups for the rooms - this drinking coffee out of a glass thing ain't the way forward. That's the biggest pet peeve of mine!

Everything was as good as possible. The room was comfortable, the location of the hotel is excellent, good breakfast and what I liked most, the bike rental. It was very good service in the hotel bike rental, nice staff and everything.

The sauna was a bit tricky to operate and kept on making noise when I put water on the stones

Room was not enough comfortable. Too small, somewhat dark, not enough cabinet for clothes, also only at one side of the bed. The bed is not very comfortable, too soft. The toilet is also very small and not ergonomic.

The hotel is in the heart of Amsterdam. It is at very central spot, close to many attractions/locations. The breakfast is very good.

Nothing had everything I wanted. I’ve been to Inntel many Times and they’ve always been really helpful with transport etc the concierge at front desk very knowledgeable

Location is brilliant just round the corner from Dam square and all attractions breakfast amazing had everything you could want!! Staff very helpful cleaners in every day!! Couldn’t have been more welcoming and a big plus no major fuss to get checked in😁😁

Shower noise - from about 7am both days it sounded like my shower was running in my room (3344), which was quite loud and frustrating. I assumed it was a neighbour but it never stopped. Tea/Coffee facilities - there's a kettle and the usual coffee/tea, but a couple of strange omissions - there were no cups, just glasses which didn't seem fit for boiling water and no milk. So it was a bit strange making a coffee with no milk in a glass I feared would crack. Pillows - oddly shaped and not all that comfortable unfortunately.

The location is pretty central and easy to get to attractions in and around Amsterdam. The breakfast a nice blend of cooked and fresh stuff - so something for everyone.

This review is hidden because it doesn't meet our guidelines.

The view of our bedroom looked directly into the breakfast room and guest could see us when we opened our curtains and trying to get ready in the morning. Extra charge for breakfast was a bit high but breakfast was lovely and filling.

Very close to all the locations we wanted to visit while in Amsterdam. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Staff were happy to assist with all of our requests. Bed was much larger than we were expecting and very comfortable. Housekeeping was perfect too!
